Making a Patient Intake using Google Forms

Here is a general overview on how you could use Google Forms with your google workspace to create a patient intake form that is emailed to the patient. Thank you for this video....I'm researching some other ways to streamline my business. I'm exploring using google forms for a digital intake form but I'm wondering how HIPAA compliant this would be. Is there a way to set your google account privacy setting to a more HIPAA compliant account?

Google workspace can be HIPAA compliant when you sign a BAA with google (only available on a subscription account) and when you use appropriate practices in your clinic to maintain the patient confidentiality.
