In this highly requested video I am going to share how I use digital forms on my Ipad for free (after the initial cost). I did not have very much money when I first started my business and wanted to find ways around using paper files.
Some things you will need:
Ipad (you can buy used or through your cell phone company like i did)

Good Note 5 (find in App store)
Etsy forms of your choice

does this work on laptops? I download it on my laptop but the forms I uploaded was so weird it was not letting me added to my clients folder and I was not able to duplicate anything.

I have a Mac laptop and I was able to view my forms as well. I was going to put them on my website so people can pre-fill but they never do. So I removed it. lol. Were you using good notes on your laptop? Do you have a pc?

How would you be able to email the form to the client ?

Some booking apps you can just upload it straight to it and it'll send it to the client. I used to email it directly to the client, but no one ever filled it out. So I just wait for them to do it right before their treatment.
