Do you have any idea how much someone should charge me to install solid wood flooring ( glued) and the area that I need the flooring done is 533 sq ft and I already bought the floor I just need a rough estimate on how much to expect for labor only? If you don't mind giving me a general idea on how much to expect a contractor to bid per sq ft? Thank you!
Great advice and a really useful video. How about never even visiting the property in the first place? Get the client to send in a video of the area by Whatsapp, Facebook, Viber or Telegram and then use this great excel sheet here or transfer it into a pre-built estimate template to alter and send it back to them. It gets rid of a lot of time wasters and sets price expectations for when you do go to seal the deal - and it saves an awful lot of time and money. Its super simple to use and it's free. You will find it if you are interested enough so I won't leave a link.
Right i have a flooring company and me too from this year i will not do any in home free estimate i love what you said "time wasters" there are a lot of them...
