Real worry or OCD worry?

- Ruminating in our heads about whether a worry is "real" or OCD is just more of the compulsions. It is the problem. It's just like trying to judge if something is contaminated or not. We don't need to spend time on that checking and judging and chasing certainty. It's guaranteed to cause more uncertainty. The compulsions we do are always real. So it's useful to keep the focus on how we're interacting with any experiences.
I've seen that OCD, fear, anxiety, depression, stress... are all connected. and in OCD You experience them all or some, they change from thing to another, exactly as how OCD thoughts change from one to another.
Yes. I only have one brain, so it helped me to just look at building mental health skills, rather than chasing around specific diagnoses as separate entities
