I just like how the human does not die, like most typical horror parodies, because the monsters just want screams for their electricity
Well it did end with Randell at the end, Randell wasn’t as friendly as Sully
Randell Also knows that if monsters start killing kids humanity will most likely try and kick monster kind’s teeth in. The guy gets off on the suffering of others but he knows that murder would fuck both him and his entire species
@@xHighgatex well, I don’t think Randal kills either. Maybe he kidnaps for the scream machine though.
@@dinnerboons1504 kidnapping would have a pretty similar effect to killing so probably not
I think the biggest continuity error is that monsters specifically hide from parents, except in extreme cases where there is no other choice (Consider the campground during Monsters University).
I like how this fits with the universe of Monster Inc. Like you didn't change the characters to make them grim dark. This is what they did before they changed to gathering laughter for power.
other than sullys eyes yes your right
@@caydencampbell3069 the eyes are probably an ability that all monsters have, but most don't just use it. Remember mr bile fom mi? Or those cheerleaders(i think?) from monsters university? They could turn their eyes to glow red at will.
@@TheMandalorianGhostYT ii do kinda remember that now that you mention it
I’m pretty sure Sully didn’t dig through their garbage though.
@@SomeGuyWhoPlaysGames333 He just didn’t had breakfast that day
I like to imagine that this person only saw the scary side of this experience, but in actuality, Sullivan was just playing with Boo and was either trying to run away after seeing the human or trying to hi
I honestly saw this as Boo using Sully to prank her dad.
But then why was Randall there???
@@thehonorablereverendaddiso1943 just for the scare factor
@@missyummy1040 But he literally kidnapped Boo for Waternoose. And wasn't he left behind in the Human world?
@@thehonorablereverendaddiso1943 yeah
For anyone who realizes how screwed up Sully was for doing this to children, remember that in Monsters at Work, he directly acknowledges how awful the original system was morally.
The thing people don’t realize is that the monsters had ZERO idea how this affected the children outside of just scaring them. It wasn’t until Sully actually SAW how it affected Boo that he realized what they were doing was super messed up.
@@Sugarpeach44 True. A lot of the monster society was built on lies about humans so that the scaring would continue. They figured society would collapse if too many scarers felt bad and quit their jobs.
@@Sugarpeach44 they probably made an entire generation of school shooters
Monsters at work, brought to you by paxer
@@xysm5224 wtf
It only just occurred to me that Monsters Inc's power supply before the laughing involved a hell of a lot of basically gaslighting, with the door only leading to their facility when they turned it on, making kids think they made it up
And what does that tell you about the industries involved e.g balenciaga? Not a coincidence that the word of the year is gaslighting.

Wait you watched this? Pretty cool! Also hope your cinematic universe is doing well!!
This is very in-character, Sully was probably also terrified, but had to strong-arm his way back to the closet once he got spotted.
He's not roaring, he's screaming in terror as the human somehow is always right in front of him.
Wait so in Sulley's perspective what was the adult human doing.
Love the perspective of the adults. And sweet, innocent Boo only sees Sully as a giant cat. 😊
My dad and I have the same color circle like yours.
Kitty! 🐱😻
I love the attention to detail like how the parent is using a cellphone from the early 2000s which makes sense because Monster's Inc came out in 2001.
Glad I wasn't the only one who noticed!
Man, phones in 2001 didn't have a light or HQ video XD
At least not those nokia type phones
This would be amazing in vr! Awesome job man.
I would crap my pants & never watch Monster Inc. & Monster University ever again LOL
Dude that game would be awesome!
Up!
maybe since its on unreal engine which is made for making games
@@PROXIMITYREAPER Are they free, membership or you pay to play?
I like how clever the objects are at 1:05. They’re supposed to make the viewer think it was all their imagination. The dress is Sully’s colors, the dartboard with the green center is Mike, the Goosebumps book being monsters under your bed, the Ouija board being your overactive imagination, the hoverboard looking like a canister….
Don't forget the Pixar ball! :D
@@user-pt5fd1iy3h Nice pfp
@@kaputt_jay3873 Thanks! :)
I noticed that too! the robe in particular reminded of the opening of Monsters Inc. where Mr. Bile disguises his tentacles as a loose sleeve from a shirt
And the Necronomicon for obvious children's room paraphernalia. :D
I got a good synopsis for this:
The human adult is actually Boo’s older cousin who used to tease and pick on her about the ‘monsters in the closet’. Needless to say, Sulley found out and was NOT amused. He came to teach him a lesson.
Randall in the end just wanted to get the last scare.
Well, that was Randall's door.
@@javis88h Oh wow? Really? I didn’t notice. I thought it was George’s door. 🤨😒😑
@@Etherealdjinn I assumed because why would Boo be there? Then again I don't think the door was pink with flowers
@@javis88h Well assumptions make an ‘ass’ out of ‘u’
@@javis88h No it was Boo's door. I saw the flowers on it.
I was NOT expecting that ending, this whole thing was so well animated. You earned my sub and support
Scares little kids and little monsters
Bruh that was legit terrifying
Get the shovel
And Randal was boo monster
Hells yea that kitty part was amazing
This is 1000x better than the lazy asset flips other UE5 UA-camrs churn out. Your channel has a bright future. Keep up the good work.
What can I say about this other than it’s 100% amazing! Keep up your great work and not only will you be number one on UA-cam but I’m sure you’ll probably have your own series in no time!
Your🫵🏻 work is AMAZING BUDDY!👌🥳👍 👍 👍
@MxxN wow, did you really?
@MxxN I have now brother. It was an oversight on my part.
@MxxN why does it matter
The level is an asset flip using a free unreal asset from Edith Finch
Considering Sully needed an adult to scream before the closet opened, it makes me think he accidentally got stranded there again.
Reminder that adult screams work as fuel too.
Yeah, they only used children screams mostly because adults were harder to scare, and more able to possibly beat the monster up(or worst), as we saw with the final fate of Randall.
@@knightsaber3155
To be fair fighting against a bunch of trailer hillbillies has a higher mortality rate than being in a shark infested water. Its statistically accurate.
Also, adults are a lot smarter than kids and they kind of need to keep the monster world a secret otherwise shit will go VERY bad VERY quick. When kids talk about magic doors and monsters they just write it off as imagination. When several scared shitless adults talk about it chances are SOMEBODY is gonna listen.
Also, by the nature of human growth adult screams not only also work as fuel. They actually work better because it's coming from a bigger and stronger individual with more powerful and further developed lungs.
@Knight Saber Also, as shown in Monsters University:
They don't have technology sufficient to CONTAIN an adult's scream. The screams of two adults filled up DOZENS of Scream Tanks to the point they ruptured and EXPLODED from the pressure of trying to contain them.
A child's laugh is somewhere in between... enough to fill up TONS of tanks and provide almost as vast an amount of power but not so much as to explode them... and ultimately much easier to get than either. Making it the PERFECT replacement for scream energy.
@@Nope-en9bo
ANOTHER GATOR, GIMME THAT SHOVEL!!
*Proceeds to beat Randall to death*
I love that the Monsters Inc theme is playing in the background when the door opens, implying that the monsters are actually listening to jazz while they scare the living daylights out of people.
Huh, this is Edith Finch's house. The layout is exactly the same.
-Messy dinner table at 0:13
-Music Box at 0:17, on the left
-Door with stained glass at 0:18
-Also the door with books lining it at 0:18 (The Library) on the left
-The area in front of the stairs on the 2nd floor at 0:21 ( You can even see see the chimney behind it, in the same spot on the right)
-Bigfoot poster for Barbara at 0:29, though I don't remember this room
I suppose this is the 'monster' Walter was scared of lol. In case anybody doesn't know what I'm talking about, search for the game 'What Remains Of Edith Finch'
holy shit ur right
Yeah I noticed it right away
Edith Finch's house is a Unreal Asset in the Asset Store.
@@connorbrewster6204 ahhh that makes sense, thanks
@@doneedanickname3522 your welcome.
Wow. That’s so meta. It’s so weird to be the observe knowing: hey they’re not gonna hurt you, they’re just trying to scare you, but then in that moment there’s no way you’re not thinking “this is DEFINITELY the end.” 😬😂
Randall looks creepier than Sullivan in the humans perspective
People aren't as scared of furry creatures, than they are with reptiles
Yet somehow Sulley’s a top scarer.
Well, Sully just needed to get back to the monster realm, Randall probs wanted to extract either Boo or the human adult's scream
This would make an awesome horror game! Maybe even pave the way for a Dark Disney horror game series. Imagine, beloved Disney movies turned into dark and horrific games!
@@bigbunsclassic Yeah, they don't push the limit anymore. Even their live action films have gone soft. Nothing but bad storylines and predictable clichés'. There's no more heart in Disney. I miss the golden years and the renaissance era. 😮💨
Sounds like a horrible idea if I’m being real.
@@bigbunsclassic I mean they allowed ppl to make a Winne The Pooh horror movie so I think they'll let it slide.
@@wwehulk8798 To my understanding, it's more like they *weren't allowed* to stop people from making that movie.
@@Kicklash Ah then someone making Disney horror games should be no problemo :D
amazing sound design and animation. camera work felt so immersive too.
What does it sound like?
Wow, I actually never thought about how scary this would be if I was on the other side
Yeah. I honestly would shit myself out fear.
1:10 Boo just standing there was somehow the scariest part of the video lol. Little kids are so creepy in horror
I think the reason why Sully chases the guy, it’s because he was trying to get him to scream, so the door to the monster world will power back on.
Including Randall at the end was brilliant
This is actually soo cool, gives me fnaf vibes
because he used fnaf 3 breathing sound effect
For me, it gave me Outlast, Resident Evil Village and Hello Neighbor vibes.
If Sulley wanted to kill this person, they’d already be dead considering how slow and bad at hiding they were 💀 This was very well-animated and scary, great job! 👍
Glad he didn't. Sully is the top scarer for a lot of reasons, but killing ain't one of em.
Randall at the end, tho. He could kill if he wants to.
@@phillipwalling7470True. Especially if this was a Kingdom Keepers horror game. And Randall was one of the Overtakers in it.
Read a theory that all the screams were of fear due to the human always being in front of him
This pretty much explains why the rumor about touching kids being dangerous for monsters. If you think about it, a lot of the monsters could do real harm to the kid, and it could also end up exposing them.
What an awe inspiring clip. Really great stuff here. The movement was perfect! I felt as though it was definitely a bit dreamlike moving slightly slower than a full run but it added to the suspense. The looking back while being chased and the climb up the steps was unreal (ha see what I did there). Graphics were on point. Aside from looking good there was also a solid feeling pressing in of fear and being just out of reach. Again very well done!
I’d like to think this is what happened before the events of Monster Inc., and this is when Boo met Sully for the first time.
They need to make a sequel based off of this side of the experience with a kid turned villain years later.
I’m very mixed with the idea. While fantastic, I think because of the failure of Lightyear, it would probably feel unnecessary or mainly scrapped.
“And that my friends is how the SCP Foundation was founded!”
@@jacobc8036 wait, so the O-5 counsil, the leaders of our organization, founded this because they saw monsters going into their kids closets? Now that I say it outloud it does make sense.
@@cimengngialah2735 Lightyear failed for one specific reason and we all know it. I'm sure they won't be dumb enough to make the same mistake.
You know. If the building was dark enough and all you saw was Sully's out line and then heard his roar. Yeah you can see how he'd be scary even for adults
I love Monsters Inc. and Edith Finch! Your work is amazing!!
Never thought I’d be afraid of Sully but here I am
He's only scary until you remember that guns exist
Yeah monsters in Incorporated aren’t that tough. They’re more like big weird animals that happen to be smart as us.
I have to say, I LOVE that you're in the Finch house! WROEF was and still remains one of my favorite games of all time
Sully: *scares the person into a possible trauma*
Also sully:ok bye
I love the Monster's Inc franchise so you turning this into like a horrors point of view perspective looks amazing and that ending I did not expect that great job honestly! 👍
Imagine what kind of scares they had to do to fill their world with energy.
It would be a great survival horror game if they make it like this. Sullivan is always going to be my favorite character from Monster's Inc. I wished that Mr. Waternose was in this video too, since he was the main antagonist.
Randall is more of the main antagonist than Waternoose.
I find Waternoose the villain, but he barely antagonizes Sully and Mike throughout until he banished them. After all, Randall may have built the scream Extractor, but Waternoose approved it, not to mention plans to kidnap thousands of human children to extract their screams.
Randall is the one who Sully and Mike has to deal with the most, so he's the Main antagonist throughout.
@@phillipwalling7470 Yeah and Randall is more loved and iconic.
@@phillipwalling7470 This is true.
Randall was the primary antagonist of the story since he was the one who orchestrated in developing the Scream Extractor. Mr. Waternoose who was desperate in keeping his company afloat amidst the energy crisis were persuaded by Randall to use his machine even knowing it is immoral and wrong. Randall was a 100% villain. He was greedy, ruthless, sneaky, short-tempered, competitive, and overall evil in nature. Mr. Waternoose only became a villain due of taking desperate measure in securing his family legacy.
I honestly through the house was real life footage at first, with Sully superimposed with UE5, but then the interior got waaay too good-looking and expensive, which is when my logical senses kicked in and made me realize it _had_ to be rendered as well due to the budgetary concerns if it were a real house. Great work!
The house is from a game and not made by the creator of this video
The Randall jump scare got me 😂
Same
This is the house from What Remains of Edith, right?
Only true gamers realize the house was the finch house in the game "What Remains of Edith Finch"
NOW I know why they always called Sulley a scary monster... This actually scared me.
The fact that this is the house from Edith fintch make it spookier some how 😬
I thought I was the only one who noticed!!
Who's Edith Fintch?
@@wwehulk8798 it’s the name of the main character the player controls in a game called “What Remains of Edith Finch”, it’s a beautiful yet mysterious game!
@@under_your_bed Intriguing
I legitimately thought this was a video game for a second. But anyways, I absolutely love this.
The fact that shows they won’t kill a witness is just another example of them trying to get that paycheck in.
Imagine how much scarier it would be if it were just John Goodman in a big blue T shirt.
damn, that ending actually made me jump. nice job!
😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Oh no Randal is back
So basically this shows what really happens when the monsters enter our world to scare children.
This was just absolutely Incredible to see! Like that you this into a Horror point of view perspective and The sound design, movement, camera work and animation was just Amazing and I didn't expect that ending. Awesome Job Man! 👍
Except for Sully’s eyes, this is pretty much what those kids might have experienced in order for the monsters to get their scream power for their city. Before it turned to laughter that is.
That’s pretty terrifying
Dude. Why haven't more people seen your stuff here? Good work on your unreal Unreal Engine artwork and animation. Have you tried submitting your stuff to a gaming platform and seeing if it takes off? Because if you could get licensing from, say, adult swim and the Rick and Morty creators, your talent here could make you some serious money and I would LOVE to see all the playable options and free-roaming abilities that could potentially make an insanely good and hilarious game.
Oh my god this is so beautiful wow incredible you really inspired me now wow the moment when mike is on the other side of the door is crazy man i cant put my thoughts into words how good this is omg i love you

What the heck, Young One? That actually scared me! That's very well done!
The Monsters Inc headset is very scary and impressive. Sulley was even more terrifying more than ever!!! Impressive 👍😀
If Monsters Inc. was a horror movie!, ngl Randy (I think that was is name) kind of scared the crap out of me in the end
Disney doesn't have the balls to make a horror game that's this good
That was scary at the end. Boo tells us but STILL got spooked. Was expecting Sully
So i guess the screams of grown men and women supply power for Monsters, Inc. a lot more than children's laughter or screams ever will?
Fun Fact Monsters Inc is an Animated Showing of how Adrenachrome is harvested.
