I think they do offer it but I have not had good experiences with all inclusive. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the marina as well as the malecón (pier). I recommend going to the town center. Had the best churros of my life there for 50 ¢ a pop
We were there during hurricane Rosalyn so the water wasn’t too nice at the time. It’s rocky walking in until you can’t stand. The water is nice and warm though. So yes, definitely swimmable.
We loved PV Marriott, and it was only a 5 min walk to the Marina. There is also a market on Thursday nights at the Marina.
I don’t like how they don’t have a tub.
