I think vision boards are good because theyre fun to make and its good to have your ideas on paper, but they can also be really disheartening when they dont come true. I think its important to have dreams but also to be present in what this life has to offer. Most of the time what we want comes true but some of the time it doesnt. Start small, ask for small things and connect the dots and you'll see that everything you have in your life at some point you wanted. I like Lucies videos but she is an influencer and does get paid for her content. Please dont feel down and upset if what you want takes longer to arrive. It may arrive in a different way, or maybe it isnt what you need.

I make my own subliminals, but I'm still curious how they work. How do they?
"subliminals" are affirmations that are set to a frequency that is inaudible to the conscious mind, but audible to the subconscious mind. Usually you only hear the meditation music, and the frequency of the affirmations is adjusted, so you can't hear the words.
This makes it easier to bypass the conscious mind, which might question, doubt or reject the affirmation, and go straight into the subconscious, which will then accept the affirmations as fact, making it easier to reprogram your mind for the better. It's important to be able to trust the creator of the subliminals. Creating your own is a great way to know 100% what your mind is receiving. I make sure that my subliminal tracks come with a list of the affirmations in writing, for complete transparency & so people can see what the affirmations are and decide if they resonate.
