I didnt hear a buncha playin on the B string. Wondered what you were talking about, thought Id missed something , went back over it 3 times.. No , I didnt miss anything. Hardly played maybe 2 notes down there.
Cool review. Probably would be helpful to hear how it compares with, say, the standard 5 string Sting Ray, and perhaps describe why the one pickup option would be a preference over the HH versions. In any case, thanks for posting your impressions. Cheers!
I so wish they would bring back the ceramic pickups!!! I'm really surprised you did not mention it has the ceramic pickups. Thats the biggest difference on the entire bass vs the alnico pickups,
Despite the glowing review, EB will never 'hit it out of the park' as long as they insist on making an otherwise incredible bass with a neck thats too narrow, and an annoying G string that's too close to the edge of the fingerboard as a consequence.
That low B sounds absolutely amazing.
True that! Thanks for watching! Feel free to like and share!

Thanks for this review. You will be delighted to learn that EBMM heard you. The new line of Stingrays will have roasted maple necks per default :-)

H. Hetschko awesome!
Is it possible to do a standalone/extended demo video with a direct input?
It may be possible... we will keep it in mind for possible future reviews.. Thanks for your input
Peter Hager I did consider this idea, but how many people only play direct in? Most use an amp and the PJB is the cleanest I have found.
i would love to hear this verses a Warrior 62 Bella
Thanks for you input! we wiil keep this in mind!
