It would have been nice if he had provided the quantities of the ingredients. I know there are other version of this recipe out there that provide that, but this is the first one I've seen that mentioned adding brown sugar. And given this was done by an actual Roy chef, it has to be real way they do it. Right? It's on the Internet, so it has to be true!
