i dont know bro .but I think its PAL vs NTSC.
@@diymariuselectroIf it’s to do with the Picture not being processed over to the TV, even though the tape spools operate whinding up the reels and all is well, then it’s the PaL vs NTSC recorded data and processing circuit before outputting.
