Hello, i have issue with ENA 8 water tank growing green sludge tho its not placed under direct sunlight, cleaning it its huge pain in the asses, but after 3 -5 days green mud comes back. Local ena instructed me to use descale tablet, but still green mud come back after 3-5days. I use city water, and its filtered via Brita filter also. How to fix that ? Do Jura make some matic water tanks to replace ? Very anoying, its extreeme hard to clean it..

@@jura_coffee actualy they already told me that you gona ask me to contact the local service, as you understand I alreadi did that, and they told there is no solution for this problem. Solutions would be to replace water container with something that is light proof and Jura headquaters is the place to contact and ask for this is the right place. 1st thing you need to admit that this ena8 clear water container is wrong. 2nd you need to find guts to fix this. 3rd make this fix available for customers. Thats how client support should work, and thats how brands earn respect from client. Copy this and send to your manager.

Dear @choawawa, thank you for your comment. Your ENA no longer has to be descaled if you are using the CLARIS Smart filter cartridge. Once the filter cartridge stops working (depending on the water hardness setting), the ENA will prompt you to change the filter. However, if you are not using the filter the ENA builds up deposits of limescale over time and automatically prompts you to descale it when necessary. Kind regards, JURA

Hello. I accidentally poured the cleaner into the container without removing the filter. Is the filter suitable for use?

Is it recommended to descale the machine from time to time even though the water is constantly filtered by Claris Smart mini filter?
