A few years ago I was watching a jewelry jar unbagging with my granddaughter and my niece. It just so happens that the lovely lady who was pulling out pieces of jewelry held up bracelet that I was actually wearing at the time. She held it up and described it as being one of the most hideous pieces she’d ever come across in all her years of thrifting jewelry. My niece burst out laughing and pointed at my bracelet that was identical to the piece being shown on the screen. My granddaughter was trying to hold back her laughter and told me that it looked pretty on me. I had to laugh too. It was hilarious. I still wear my “hideous” bracelet”. Whenever I see it i smile. It’s well made and I love it even more now. We refer to it as the “hideous jewel”. It’s our silly little insider joke. 😉💜 I guess you had to be there to find it funny. Stay blessed Thelma. ❤🪭🌹

Loving the turquoise hoops and happy you found the match! I got a box that had so much verdigris its so gross but I still went thru the whole box and found a great pair of vintage Winard pearl and jade earrings.The things we do for jewelry! 🤪

The vintage costume jewelry is my favorite because the designs that they had years ago you do not see anymore.

Surprisingly enough that bag turned out pretty good Thelma. Lots of pretties in there especially those lovely amber coloured bangles. They looked gorgeous on you - you have to keep them. Lol. My favourite was your ‘Morganite’ ring. Absolutely beautiful
