This video is super insightful. I'm thinking of branching into project mgt. What professional certifications can I acquire that will be useful to me in the UK please Lulu?
i hold an HND in transport and logistics and a bachelors degree in transport and logistcs as well as am currently doing a masters degree in management in portugal but finding it difficult to navigate and make something out of it.Can u in Anyway assist me indirectly
@LulusDiaries-b6i I really can't tell. Sometimes they seem useless to me. I have one first degree and two Masters degrees, one from the UK, and to be honest I haven't really worked in my field of studies. Would probably use them for lecturing in the nearest future!
I dont normally comment on videos but I had to on this one bcz of your authenticity. Biggest problem is Africa is not a meritocracy. Corruption is rife and if you dont join them, you will struggle to make it. And if you join them, your reputation and intergrity is blown. You have to compete in being the most rotten apple to stay ahead of the game. And if u join the former oppressors u have to be the most ruthless slave master ... money is scarce and the capitalists are pulling the strings. The saying that morals are keeping people poor is very true. Opportunities require money to be exploited and thats a scarce commodity in africa.
I read your comment over three times, and sadly, I agree! It is very sad to know the system is riddled with corruption, nepotism, and lack of meritocracy. Honestly, how does the economy expect to thrive genuinely in a supposedly exciting time of growth when a select few sit on the opportunities and expect anyone to seek better to get rid of their integrity and reputation? Perhaps we can discuss in more detail behind the scenes to dive deeper into this thought provoking conversations ?
I’m actually interested in getting a degree in logistics and supply chain but your video today has given me a different perspective that maybe taking a different approach will work. Thank you very much Lulu for this information, what if I have some other questions to ask you how can I reach out to you?
Very important questions to ask yourself, especially if you’re coming for studies or work. Unfortunately, Europe is seen as paradise and people only understand the reality once they’re here.
Wow your masters was 9k , 20 years ago? Was that home student fees? Mine in 2005 was over 25k… MBA though . You’ve dropped a lot of gems 💎 here but the truth is that people will do what they want.
People relocate using the study route not just bc they want to study. The major reason is just to remain afterwards and enjoy (the goodies) of the Western world as you have done😂
You lost me when you said "I went back home and was offered a job in WEST AFRICA". Where in west Africa?. Are you afraid or ashamed to say the country in West Africa where you are from? This puts me off your videos. See this as a positive comment to improve on your flogs. Africa is a huge continent. One needs to be specific.
@saggisok That's your opinion, and I respect it! However, i have already shared a lot of very personal things about myself, and there are currently safety reasons i dont want to overtly talk about where i am from, and shame is far from it! I will share in due course, same reason I haven't yet been able to share the full story of my work ordeal. It's a big deal, trust me, and you will understand once i can eventually share. Like I said, no one spurred me to share my story with the world, and if I choose to withhold an aspect, please respect it. I doubt you are able to share what I have. If it's put you off, others still find it helpful. I have shared this with my members as i feel i know everyone who is part of it and trust the safety of my information.
She is letting off steam. Please, allow her to do so and heal in whatever way she chooses. If she decides not to say it, it's her choice and it's totally okay. She's not compelled to reveal where she's from. If you have watched her videos from the beginning and you understand everything, you will not ask that question. Don't be quick to judge dear.
@@DorisL-ti6yn I can clearly see she's West African. So that is not saying anything. I can assure you that a lot of viewers share my opinion, but can't be bothered to voice it out in a comment. I'm of the opinion that if you want to and decide to share your life story on UA-cam, then share it. No need to be sneaky about it. Saying i'm from somewhere in West Africa is repulsive. That is a core part of her life story.
@@saggisok Her story. So, it’s hers to tell in her own way, and she can reveal as much as she feels comfortable with. I don’t think we are asking for it or bothered by it and most importantly, we have no right to demand that information. She politely explained her reasons, even though she didn’t have to. So please, just because someone is on UA-cam doesn’t mean they’re obligated to share everything with us. Let’s try to respect that.
Yes I need a one on one with you dear lulu. Definitely. Asap.

Well done! My 100% lean in is that you are Ghanaian. There aren’t a lot of Africans that come to work in Nigeria.
She is nigerian
She is nigerian

@@LulusDiaries-b6i Lol! If you are not Nigerian, my guess is Ghanian. My initial choice was Nigerian.
She’s not Ghanaian. Her accent is more of a Nigerian accent. I’m a Ghanaian and know a Ghanaian when I see one.
