Hi robert, thank you for your video!! if im not mistaken, you cant charge your computer while using the monitor extender as you need that plug to connect to the monitors? im i correct? Thank you
you can insert the power supply of your laptop(USB-C connector) to one of the above USB-C port on back of one poratble monitor, then connect the other USB-C port and the usb-c port and your laptop with a USB-C/C cable, then it can charge the portable and your laptop at the same time
Thank you! for the video. I have connected the screens as shown here. However the left screen works i have to use a flashlight to see the content on the screen - any idea what could be the cause?
Good morning, for the option: 2. connect with one USB-C port and a HDMI+USB-A port by a USB-C to C, a customized HDMI to USB-C cable(for video transmite) and a USB-A to USB-C cable(for power supply). Is the custom HDMI to USB-C cable included in the package or does it have to be purchased separately? if so which one to choose? Thank you.
Great video and thankyou, but i am receiving an error message when connecting the power usb and hdmi cables. and a red light on the back of the monitor. No Signal and go to power savings
If you use HDMI+USB-A port to connect one portable monitor, please make sure the USB-C end of the HDMI/USB-C cable should connnect the the port which mark "HDMI" on back of the portable monitor, can not connect the the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" or "TYPE-C2", then also need to power the portable monitor by connect one of the port "TYPE-C1" or "TYPE-C2"
HDMI cable should connect to the port which mark "HDMI" on back of the portable monitor, do not connect to the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" and "TYPE-C2" which are design for USB-C/USB-C and USB-A/USB-C cables
