- I will briefly introduce the kefeya triple screen laptop extender and how it connect both portable screens with our laptop.
1. connect with 2 USB-C ports by 2 included USB-C to C cable
2. conenct with one USB-C port and a HDMI+USB-A port by a USB-C to C, a customized HDMI to USB-C cable(for video transmite) and a USB-A to USB-C cable(for power suply)
3. connect with a USB-C port or a HDMI+USB-A port, Plus a USB-A to HDMI adapter

you can insert the power supply of your laptop(USB-C connector) to one of the above USB-C port on back of one poratble monitor, then connect the other USB-C port and the usb-c port and your laptop with a USB-C/C cable, then it can charge the portable and your laptop at the same time

When I connect the second monitor with the USB-A to C cable the screen displays S2 then says No Cable Go To Power Saving. Help!
you can can just connect one portable monitor by a USB-A port, you should connect it with full-featured USB-C port/thunderbolt or HDMI+USB-A ports as USB-A port can not tramsmit real time video signal like HDMI Port and thunderbolt

Is the custom HDMI to USB-C cable included in the package or does it have to be purchased separately? if so which one to choose? Thank you.
the customized HDMI to USB-C cables are included, there are 2 pcs coming with with the package
I have one HDMI, One USB-C and two USB-A. How do you suggest I connect to get both monitors working on the S2. Currently only one works.

@@NatashaVidal68 should check if your USB-C port is full-featured, can use HDMI+usb-a port to conenct one portable monitor, you need buy a H5-T video siganl conversion cable (www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2DKP4C3)if your USB-C port is not full-featrued
which connection group works? Does the portable monitor connecting with USB-C port work, or the portable monitor connecting by the HDMI+USB-A works?

Yes, offcourse you can did it. You can use the extend mode to make each one on a momitor from left to right
Now they have the customized H5-T (USB-A/USB-C to HDMI/USB-C) video signal conversion cable, www.amazon.com/dp/B0D2DKP4C3, it saved the old monitors who doesn't have at least one full-featured USB-C port as well as a HDMI port, also can solve the problems that macbook air/pro comes with M1/M2/M3 chips which just allowed one extra extended screen
Great video and thankyou, but i am receiving an error message when connecting the power usb and hdmi cables. and a red light on the back of the monitor. No Signal and go to power savings
If you use HDMI+USB-A port to connect one portable monitor, please make sure the USB-C end of the HDMI/USB-C cable should connnect the the port which mark "HDMI" on back of the portable monitor, can not connect the the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" or "TYPE-C2", then also need to power the portable monitor by connect one of the port "TYPE-C1" or "TYPE-C2"
HDMI cable should connect to the port which mark "HDMI" on back of the portable monitor, do not connect to the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" and "TYPE-C2" which are design for USB-C/USB-C and USB-A/USB-C cables

Is it possible to charge the laptop trought the ports of the screens? because now im using 2 usbC ports to power the monitor but i only had 2 ports with power function on my laptop...?
