Suarez was unreal. I've been a Liverpool fan since 2003 and I can't think of anyone more entertaining to watch since then. He scored an incredible variety of goals from ridiculous positions, right foot, left foot, volleys, headers, poaches, outside the box, free kicks and some random improvised genius. Salah is awesome, Torres was great but Suarez was on another level beyond even those guys.

Sometimes, a player leaving a Football Club can almost feel like breaking up with your couple. If it is in bad terms (like Torres leaving at the very last minute, knowing we didn't have a replacement), it may tarnish the good times and memories they shared. What mainly remains is the bitter taste of the way it all ended. Your opinion on your ex is probably a negative one. At least to me, that was NOT the case with Suárez. I don't know the particulars of how it all went down, but I didn't feel he was betraying us when he left. Sure, it was a real shame, but in the end, it felt like it was time for us both to part ways and move on. Besides, Barcelona is one of the very few destinies I'm happy to let a great player go.. . As long as they pay us the fortune he's worth, of course. And I was happy whenever I heard he was doing great ar Barcelona. But this COMPLETELY CHANGED WHEN HE CELEBRATED HIS GOAL AGAINST US. In that moment, I felt betrayed. I know scoring a goal during the UCL must feel huge, and that he a Uruguayan made a 100% of passion, but, the way he was in unapologetic euphoria celebrating each goal at the Camp Nou, was completely unexpectedly to me. Did we really meant that little to him? What were we really to him? I mean, I don't believe a player can give such quality performances and practically chase and fight (sometimes excessively) for every ball intensely during 90 minutes every week, consistently for years, if he's mostly indifferent to the jersey he puts on and the people he works with and for. There are lot of football stars that are not happy at their club and want out, but whenever I see them I just see talented players bent on living up to their expectations and drawing all eyes to themselves by surpassing everyone else on the pitch, whether they are from the rival team or their own. They're there to fill up their quota, even if it's a big one. I don't see them truly invested with their teammates, nor the outcome of the match. Sure, it matters, especially if it's a big match, but it's still second to their individual performance. Not saying they're unprofessional, but I don't feel they're playing for themselves. It's like, after some time, they just gave up on the club, and are filling their quota until they can leave. (Although, all of this is based purely on my intuition, the instant subjective vibes I get. I could be totally wrong) I know we where at a very low point when Suárez arrived, and we didn't have the Squad we have today. Not everyone was on par with him. But instead of being a diva with a "I'm too good for you" attitude, he did work hard during those years in collaboration with his teammates, displaying great affinity with Kuyt, Maxi Rodriguez, Bellamy, Stevie G and the deadly duo he made with Sturridge. I could see him frustrated during occasions, but I felt he would try to push the team forward instead of just play for himself. (then again, this is purely intuition and conjecture) So, it's a shame. (Barring the biting addiction) I really looked up to him, not just for his football talent, but the passion he always displayed and drived him forward. But after that Barça Semi-Final, I don't know how to feel anymore.
Great, great moments... it's so good to remember of Agger, Suårez, Skrtel, Reina, Kuyt and others But i see, many moments, how Dejan Lovren have dedication, passion and vibration with Liverpool and your teammates... beautiful! I like so much you, Lovren.
@James Bermingham: That's why LFC bought Suarez, but then Torres forced his own exit attempting to sabotage Liverpool(last day of Transfer window),but only torpedoed his own career.Chelsea really turned his head and turned him into a bit-player.Waste.

Suarez is without a doubt one of the best players Liverpool have ever had. Watching this makes you realize how brilliant he was.
Luis Suarez beast mode🔥🔥
8:16 The perfection in that volley is unreal, although he's a snake, Suarez is best talent after Gerrard to wear the red.
I don’t even see him as a snake I’d love it if he comes back
Salty Liverpool Fan suarez is legend in Barcelona
I could be totally wrong)
I know we where at a very low point when Suárez arrived, and we didn't have the Squad we have today.
(then again, this is purely intuition and conjecture)
So, it's a shame. (Barring the biting addiction) I really looked up to him, not just for his football talent, but the passion he always displayed and drived him forward. But after that Barça Semi-Final, I don't know how to feel anymore.
Luis Suarez made me fall in love with Liverpool.
Same happened to me but because of Torres
suarez was a beast back then at liverpool ,really miss that era
I stayed smiling all 22 minutes long remembering the feelings on all those goals, not gonna lie.
Everything said and done, how good was Suarez...
Gerard,Suarez and salah was the liverpool best ever....my 3 favourite
Luis Suarez was unreal! And Gerrard deserves 10 PL titles. Legendary captain!
damn suarez really was THAT good
I was just thinking the same thing. He scored spectacular goals as a past time!
Great, great moments... it's so good to remember of Agger, Suårez, Skrtel, Reina, Kuyt and others
But i see, many moments, how Dejan Lovren have dedication, passion and vibration with Liverpool and your teammates... beautiful!
I like so much you, Lovren.
Salah😍😍
Imagine Suarez and Torres play together💥
Love the fact that Steven Gerard was the first person to show on screen, he is by far my favorite Liverpool player ever
Watching from Africa I love this team since 1960 what a team of talented and excellent soccer PLAYERS thru all the years ,
Would have loved to have had Suarez and Torres playing at the same time for Liverpool.
@James Bermingham: That's why LFC bought Suarez, but then Torres forced his own exit attempting to sabotage Liverpool(last day of Transfer window),but only torpedoed his own career.Chelsea really turned his head and turned him into a bit-player.Waste.
We had Daniel Sturridge, who on his day was one of the most lethal strikers in the world
If that happened I don’t think the goal would’ve showed up to the games out of fear
Ash shame the injuries ruined him
Torres 2009 with Suarez 2014 and Salah 2018. That is probably one of the deadliest combinations in footballing history.
Could probably do video of greatest 100 goals by luis suarez against Norwich City
Suarez goals were unbelievable. Considering the squad at his time.
All goals r awsm... shud have included Mohammad Salah goal against Napoli last Ucl.... YNWA
@Forward To The Past this goal is start the way to be champion
For me Saurez scored the best goals
peterah7957 best player to play for the club in the modern era he did things I’ve never seen any player do at Liverpool before
@@niceone1332 True
shisui sights for that little period he was the best player in the world mate a lot of people would agree. If you stuck that Suarez in our team today we’d win everything
Suarez prime time was at Liverpool.. nowadays he is far away from that level
@@niceone1332 13/14 was the best season by any player in Premier League history imo. 31 in 33 is unheard of in the Prem, yet alone in an average side without taking penalties! Then 2 years later scored 59 for Barca despite not even being the main man there. What a player.
I still can’t believe he scored. Like I was in my bedroom and then I heard the commentator screaming LOVREEEEEEEN and I was like WUT
suarez what a mad man! hands down the best striker of this decade
Salah beeen banging goals since 2017!🔥🔥
