This company almost doubled in size over the past year making the best royalty acusisions in the gold business! Thier royalties on Oyu Tolgoi are Amazing! Yes they diluted, however they have very little debt. Gold is an anti debt asset so Sandstorm Gold did this true to their name by not borrowing the 500 million to 1 billion from a major bank. Sandstorm has no major debt obligations to interest payments. Sandstorm also pays a small dividend to sit back and watch as physical gold is in record demand. The debt based monetary system has a guarantee of ever increasing dollar creation built into it. We must create at least 8 trillion dollars of deficit spending in the next 2 years to just maintain. It's literally written in stone that we end up with at least 80 trillion of US debt by 2030. Gold will float like a boat on this incoming inflation dollar tsunami. Ill stick with the royalties as they will out preform miners during high inflation of energy prices and overall costs in the future. Sandstorm will do great as long as gold mines aren't nationalized during the next global financial crisis.

Why is their stock price doing nothing? I've been sitting in this stock accumulating for 5 years now and it's been a horrible performer.

@@Zanzabar5 They diluted shares in order to acquire Nomad. They almost doubled in size so the deal was worth it.. Just give them time, the dividend sucks but at least there is one. Gold mining is an industry in permanent decline, record low ore grades while using record high energy. There is no gold miner worth buying IMO. Inflation destroys mining profits even at record gold prices. Average gold grades used to be 10-40 grams per ton, now 1-5 grams per ton. Moving 10 times more earth for same results. The royalties, miners, and other important resource industry's like oil/gas are unloved. You can compare Sandstorm Gold stock to many other stocks that are supposed to be core portfolio positions like amazon, honda, Arkk invest, meta/facebook, ect...the overall market has gone sideways for several years. There are several great traders that are still holding, waiting for several gold price factors like gold/spx gold/dow gold/UST's plus many other factors. Sandstorm could raise its dividend at any time or even be acquired by Franco Nevada. Sandstorm is about as good as its gets if your buying a gold stock. Fnv, wpm, royal gold, osisko, they are all great royalties.

They could easily increase Dividend to 6 cents a share to not annoy investors as much with customary share dilution.

@@robertdagge200: Son of a gun, you’re right! I was wondering why the stock has been going nowhere, and even tanking in a gold bull market, despite its constantly improving fundamental performance. I realize now that I hadn’t been paying attention to the shares outstanding. I’m ashamed of how I’d allowed myself to make this rookie mistake, despite the fact that I have over 20 years of experience trading and investing in a multitude of different markets, including equities markets. I’m never going to make this same mistake again. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and for helping me to snap out of the complacency that I had allowed myself to fall into!
