I enjoy the Sunday morning recaps. The bezel on the Certina makes so much sense in operation for a true dive watch. I really like the new colors on it. Have a good week.
So the Caliber 72 is based on the 2892 rather than the 2824, similar to the Longines L888 caliber having the same beat frequency and power reserve. This helps with giving the case a thinner profile. Interesting to see this movement making its way into a lower tier brand, though they did replace the silicon spring with Nivachron.
The Blue Dial Black Bay, it is COSC and actually Metas Certified, which is a level "up" from the typical certification. At least they make little noise about it.
I bought the champagne dial Mido, it looks way better in the flesh, at first I wanted the Batman one, but it’s the champagne I ended up with once I saw all the models. There’s also a full black PVD with silicone strap and orange markers.
1:35 Mido caliber 72 has no connection whatsoever with powermatic 80,basically what happend is that Swatch group decided to push Mido upmarket so in future we will see way more expensive Mido watches which will be in the rang of Longines and not Tissot, that’s why inside this Mido is Longines L888 caliber-it has 25600 and 3.5hz.
Yeah, it’s based on the ETA A31.111 which is based on the ETA A31.L11 on which the L888.4 and L888.5 are based. Excellent upgrades to the 2892-A2 and exclusive to Swatch group.

Ok thank you for letting us know your feelings about the US and NASAR. Why the addition Rs after NASCAR? Was it to mimic the sound of a car’s engine? By the there is F1 in the US. Certainly not as popular as NASCAR, but growing.
@@24hourstime Red Bull has nothing to lose, after the summer break they should let Danny do 3 races, Yuki do 3, and Liam do 3. Crunch the numbers and the best driver gets the seat. This would never happen but it would make for great TV.

With Perez’s performance in quali checo might get demoted to Ricardo’s seat… regardless I have no idea where Ricardo goes after this season… Red Bull/VCARB are so chaotic right now. Also, I have no idea how Yuki pulls off that Tudor ceramic in the photos. I tried on the standard black one and it was so big and chunky on my 6 1/3 inch wrist. Unless Yuki has super thick wrists.

Danny Ricc is gone, with Checo not living up to the faith Christian Horner had in him, it becomes a choice btw Ricc and Lawson. Ricc has the experience, he goes to RB while Lawson takes his place in VCARB. Feel bad for Yuki though. Thanks for the content, love your vids.
I always see the Zenith skeletons on the grey market. I would prefer Zenith non skeletons. Great movement. I like your personality and your content, but it sounds like you are talking too fast.
How many more dive watches do we need?? People moan they're sick of GMTs because there have been two hundred released in the past year but they're not moaning about the 1000 dive watches released each month adding to the 54000 already on the market. At least GMTs are actually useful. I've never personally understood the Tudor hype either.
I couldn't agree more with your comment, I think the problem is there are hundreds of companies out there making 4 or 5 genres of watch so the market will inherently become saturated with GMT and dive watches.
agreed, I like the mido less the more I look at it. the dial is a little too cute. the wave pattern looks really high and awkward against the flat dial markers. I wish more divers had that split color GMT style bezel though. looks great
A Quartz Breitling that is busy as fuck at the luxury price of $3200. LOL!!! You can buy a similar Luminox for $300. As usual, ZENITH is nothing but an overpriced watch. If you must spend crazy money, buy a Rolex and call it a day
I guess I was out of the loop. Because since there release of Monochrome and the "coke" I haven't heard many people talking about those watches all that much. But maybe that's because many people didn't get them yet 😂

Tudor is type of brand that you will immediately regret buying it after you have been sucked in the hype machine and you promise yourself not to go buying the stupid thing again! Unlike seiko
Why would one regret buying a Tudor? I bought a BB58 on bracelet $2,800 built beautifully, super accurate, reliable modern movement, wears fantastic on a moderately sized wrist and has the backing of Rolex Service Center when things go wrong.
