I'm going to agree with Denise Saulnier with the bride holding her bouquet & the groom behind her in the field. With the mountains across the lake, I think something inspired by that would look really cool. The family portrait looks really cool, too, & for that particular spot you have chosen, I think that'll look spectacular. :)
Also: You are never too old for "immature" humor. I have the same sense of humor, so I just laughed hysterically, especially for the one who had the "accident." (To the point where I had tears) You are just too funny!
Love the "Ourselves and Our Family" pictures - you are right, Michael Dinneen is an excellent photographer and artist. How much fun is this going to be! Woo hoo!

I have to agree with Denise Sailnier's comment about the photo with the couple in the field. My other favorite photos include the bride with holding her shoes and her bouquet (because without a doubt Kristen is going to have some adorable/beautiful shoes like she always does), the couple about to feed each other cake, and the one with the couple's family standing behind them.
Hey guys, I've been watching your videos on and off for the last several months over here in the UK and the thing that has hit home the most has been the real honest face of your relationship that you graciously share with the world. Many people never see what a couple is like behind closed doors and so can't relate to their relationship, even close friends of mine still don't get why my girlfriend and I are together. But it's the mischief and fun little moments that they don't get to see that makes us tick. From the videos you've posted, that have you both in, there is a genuine love and affection of not just two people in love but the best of friends trying to keep each day as full of adventure and about doing it all together. As for the ones recently with Corey being home alone while Kristen was away...I totally felt for you dude. There was something nice about seeing a guy put his heart out there where the entire world can judge, I'm glad you felt you could. When I was at University studying sound engineering four years ago I saw less and less of my girlfriend over the three years there. It went from every weekend in my first year to every second weekend in my second year and only one weekend a month in my third year as my studies ramped up.(We're still together after thirteen years!) I really wanted nothing more than to say something a friend used to tell me when I missed her "The sun will still shine tomorrow and you'll see her the day after that"...and then pat you on the shoulder and go grab a beer.
Either way I'm really happy for you both that you've both found someone that just gets the madness, and instead of rolling their eyes, just jumps on and hangs on for dear life to see where the adventure takes them next. I really look forward to more videos in future and I will keep watching them as you keep making them. Lots of Luck for the Big Day and I hope it turns out just how you planned it (and that some eagles make an appearance, because that would be awesome!) I look forward to the next video, but not too soon!

Guys, thanks so much for sharing the wedding proceedings with us. So happy for you both.
Instead of having everyone sign a regular guest book, you should have people write their names on smooth round rocks and maybe write something to the both of you on the back. You can keep them in a larger glass vase and keep it on display always in your home. Just seems more outdoors like and since you are getting married next to a lake it fits more.
When my sister got married some of my favorite photos they did were seriously just ones of her and her husband together smiling and being goofy. Serious and dramatic pictures are great but theres just something about a candid moment of a bride and groom grinning at each other and being silly that's amazing. Those are the photos that you hang up on the wall and every time you go past it think "Wow...I am so lucky."

That part about "dump you in the water and trash the dress" was hilarious! Also, I went and looked at Mr. Dinneen's photos: they are really good. I did see one that made me wonder: the close up of the rings and keys, those keys are Amtrak coach keys, I swear! I think any of them would be good, but as always, I encourage you to do what you like and what you want.

Something that I think that is really sweet for a photographer to capture is the first reaction of the groom seeing the bride walking down the aisle (or trail, in your case.) :)
Because all the time you say how much happy you are, the pictures must capture that! Lots and lots of laughs, you guys have a very honest smile. And love for each other. I personally don't like pictures that are blurred, black and white and etc.. so just go with natural and clear, like the pictures from the balcony, it's so You!! and of course jokes and little bit of acting in some photo sessions. Hm.. now I sound like I know You guys, but well.. you wanted opinions! Good luck with everything!!
Wow you guys got a seriously skilled photographer, I definitely have to say that right off the bat. After going through his portfolios, notably the wedding one, I found that while his framing and use of exposure is seriously effective...the photos felt a bit impersonal and detached for my taste. I want to stress that this is just how I felt about the photography, completely subjectively. I was thinking from the perspective of looking back on these pictures when i'm older, maybe with grandkids etc and trying to imagine what I would want the pictures of my wedding to capture and portray.
After going through the portfolio of the engagements I felt a counterbalance though because those photographs actually resonated with me very well and I felt the emotion present in them and evoked in myself.
His other work is equally fantastic (I love the "Wild Things" portfolio, it took me back to my childhood) and I want to stress that this isn't meant to be critical in any way, just reflective of what resonated with me and what perhaps resonates with you and not me. The things I mentioned could be exactly what you love about his work and rightfully so! I'm confident from what i'm seeing in the videos and just the all around excitement that's emanating from everyone that the wedding is going to be something treasured in your future together :) DudeLikeHELLA

Mr. Dinneen does have an amazing portfolio. You have chosen well, grasshopper. The picture that most intrigued me was the women of a wedding party holding their shoes, wading. Very nice. He also has a great talent for stop-motion pictures. I'd love to see Cory swinging Kristen around with the wedding dress trailing behind in a blurred stop-motion pic.

WOW, Dinneen Photo and Tundra Media are exceptionally talented! Any shots they get will be spectacular! Personally, I get the feels from candid close -ups that catch the couples nuances.

I really like the close up of the rings and the photo of the bride in the grass wih the groom in the background. I like spontaneous photos too where you feel that the photographer was hiding and capturing just a magical moment. Cory can we get a photo of an epic man hug with your friends and family? lol I think actually an epic man hug photo with Kristen is needed that would be awesome! One where she has to do a full speed run and leap into your arms!

When we got married in 1993 we had just purchased a new king cab truck a couple months before. Well the day of the wedding and I am at my sister's and he is at his sister's, it all of a sudden occurred to him that they were planning to mess with his truck, ya know decorate it up. So when everybody arrived at the hall he pulls up with his best man (his sister's husband) on a Harley in their tuxes. LOL. Ain't nobody gonna mess with his brand new truck sticking tissue paper flowers on it and hanging tin cans and old boots off the bumper. So Cory you gonna decorate up that new canoe of yours?

Don't believe that is devil's club, that looks to be just a berry bush or rose bush. Devil's club is much taller without as many branches, and has big leaves on top, green when young and when they get older they turn beige and dry and have much worse spikes than that little plant did. Those little ones, berry bushes or rose bushes Alaskans usually just call sticker bushes because there are so many variations, but devil's club is the one exception, they are nasty.
As the old adage goes: "Third time is the charm."

i agree with some of the other commenters. the unposed pics are more memorable. and don't forget the sound baffles on the mics. please forgive the 'no caps'. i have severe arthritis, and can only type with two fingers. if i use the shift key, it slows my typing down even more. soon, i may have to forego punctuation. also, i liked sir rino's idea to use rope, or something, to hold back the sticks and bushes.
