Great channel and amazing videos. This one video in particular has taken my skills and refined them to the next level and therefore, happier patients. Nerve to vastus medialis must be taken care of!
Any chance you could do a 'full' block video on adductor canal block? Including positioning, probe placement, needle insertion point, etc like in your other block videos? Would be really useful
Sir Are you showing Distal femoral triangle block or Adductor Canal Block?? As NVM is above VAM in Adductor Canal, how come you're getting it below VAM then??
In Your experience, would You say the position of the nerve to vastus medialis is consistent in relation to the adductor canal and the saphenous nerve or does it vary?
Thank you for explaining the mystery of the Adductor Canal block; I now know why I have seen some failures with this block.
Thank you.

Great demonstration, could have added a video/pic of probe placement / landmarks
Have you experienced any clinical issues with vastus medialis weakness and physical therapy?
Where do you suggest to put the catheter?
thank you for the video. if you are purposely blocking the nerve to VM, are you concerned about causing quadricep weakness?
I'd like to know the answer to this as well. How quickly can patients begin rehab after this type of ACB?
I was also wanting to ask this. I thought we preferred to avoid it as opposed to actually targeting it!

Funny you should say that…coming soon! Thanks so much for watching!
Thank you so much! This was a great revelation! Many thanks from North Dakota!
Is there any motor weakness after vastus medialis is blocked at this level? Is there any clinical relevance of subsartorial plexus?
