Hi...03:56 are you pointing to tendon of adductors?...because saphenous is a small nerve difficult to visualize at this level

Semantics… femoral triangle, adductor canal, subsartorial saphenous… they’re all very similar. Nowadays, the goal is to avoid the entire femoral nerve to decrease the risk of quadriceps blockade (unless that’s what your goal is).
