It's interesting to hear Allen conversing with someone who's not one of his science UA-camr friends. The flow and dynamic are just different, not bad, but just different. The topics are also different, and it's interesting to hear Allen talking not with his crackhead engineer brain. I'm also willing to bet that his wardrobe consisted of him saying "Fu--, this is gonna be a professional podcast, not the dumpster fire of Safety Third. I need to wear something nice." And all he could find was the shirt with a stain on the front. Please never change, Allen. Keep doing you
Allen's life story up really resonates with me and I think many young adults. From pivotting careers that are unfufilling, to loathing bureacracy and the facade built on lies by large organisations

@4:33 when talking about priming the audience for Finding Nemo, Apple did the same thing to prime the Vison Pro with their shows The Peripheral and Swan Song, In the peripheral they basically do a full demo of the pinch and scroll gestures and in Swan song the AR scenes look like concept work for the overall design language used in the vision pro.
I watched with enthusiasm, MythBusters: The Search, and I was impressed with Allen's ideas and abilities on the show and was definitely disappointed when he was eliminated. However, now that I know his story from "behind the scenes" and just about his life in general, I must say I'm EXTREMELY impressed with his ideas and abilities now!

I agree that MOST people would act normally in Westworld, but its not for MOST people, its for the rich. And a majority of rich people absolutely would act terribly imo. Most rich people don't even treat real humans with any empathy, thats how they got rich.
Had no idea there was that much embedded in the laser fly swatter video. Allen pan is my favorite UA-camr. I would totally pay for a patreon/subscription/whatever to hear Allen talk about the stuff behind his videos. Allen, think about it. Also $10M is WAY too cheap for your channel
Cool video! Kudos to the interviewer, it's well made, i got a chance to know how hard is it. It's easy to compare yourself with internet people such as Allen but yeah, it's funny to hear from him similar thinking schemes that i am going through or i gone through in my life. It's just a guess on my side and it might be biased by this comparing thing, but i would guess that brain damage of Allen choice is ADHD, just wondering if thinking scheme is similar because of that lmao
One time during science class in 6th grade my teacher put on mythbusters and it was one that Alan was in. Years later I watched a William osman video he was in and was like oh shit that’s the guy from science class

Yep. It is rare nowadays to let the interviewee speak. And the interviewer doesn't just move on to the next question immediately but asks follow on questions or comments on what was said. Excellent interview indeed
