The Netflix reboots were cool and I collected the Masters Vs Injustice comic series. Now this channel is right what I needed... when I didn’t even know I needed it. 😎👍

Every time a new figure was on its way, I felt like Ralphie opening up his present on Christmas morning! Truth be told. You had earned my blind support with the line. All things considered, I was happy for each and every thing you did. Having a background in business and marketing I understood, you did everything you could to make it work and please as many as you could.... One is never going to be able to please everyone, every time.
This was one of my favorite figures in classics. I really miss getting that delivery every month. There was nothing like working a tough day. Then coming home to a classics delivery.
Can you make a video about how from a sculpt you get to the molds use to make the toys? My guess is that you have to make many molds before you end up with the ones for the factory, right?
Great video! Thank you! This was a great idea for a figure, one I'd wanted since first seeing the design in the 1987 mini-comics, and the accessories were just amazing. Someday, I hope to get around to making a modified version with a soft-goods robe for easier posing.
The Binotops gun was great. I feel terrible becasue all of the effort and awesome that's in the Cosmic Key and I'm still more delighted about a bit off of a dinosaur. Also, this is well timed, I just bought a vintage Gwildor this weekend (no Cosmic Key with mine though, sadly).

Do you think Mattel would explore this preternia idea with new origins line ? That would be a hell of a fun ( I know you don 't work there anymore, but seeing them release end if the original line like scareglow all may happen,
While he wasn’t a tipping point for me deciding to subscribe (was already invested in the line by that stage) & I wasn’t that into all the He-Man variants, I did like him as an addition to the Preternia section of the line. Wish we could have got to He-Ro’s lady friend with the bow - not seen her before - and the Bonatops blaster was a cool & cruel tease given that we didn’t get the beast itself 😁
@@spectorcreative1872 Think how Mattel would love having Horseman designed dinosaurs all tooled up that they could then have used for the subsequent Jurassic World lines! Or do you think the Horsemen would have chucked in extra techno-organic details that would have rendered straight up plain dinosaur reuse impossible?
You may have mentioned this someplace before, but did Mattel ever have a script or artwork for parts 2 and 3 of that original mini comic, or was it planned more as "We'll make them next year when the toys come out".
I spoke to Tim Kilpin about that and basically He-Man would return to Preternia, team up with He-Ro to take on King Hsss and then return to his own time.
Haha... in that image, it would be considered a Triceratops by most parties. The Torosaurus has a higher back ridge, and two holes. The Torosaurus camp accepted the "baby" Torosaurus could have had a smaller ridge and that accounts for the Triceratops fossil record. So, as drawn, Triceratops.

Is the loss of real estate (planogram) the reason?? Imaginext still has a good website for ordering toys. Giant batcave.....mmmmmm.

Man i hope mattel or some cartoon cmpany will make a show for preternia i really want its history on screen, how the snakemen become humanoid snakes and i think the first rulers of eternia kinda age of dinosaur thing😅,then the arrival of the evil horde and he-ro these were the first 3 way war that i know snakemen x horde x greyskull & he ro, And i hope classics produce those dinosaurs they were great i have an old catalog of mattel that includes them 3 dinos t-rex,pterasaur and brontosaurus

Looks like Conan when he was sneaking into the cult to get closer to Thulsadoom to assassinate him in the movie Conan the Barbarian. The more stuff I see the more I see how much was ripped off. I love both He-Man and Conan though so... No harm.

I was able to get Preterniea Disguised He-Man a few Years ago. His accessories were a big part of why I ultimately chose to get Him.
And that was all deliberate!

I"m always torn on soft goods vs plastic. In the end I personally like consistency as the number 1 rule.

I certainly would love to see this, but I have a feeling Origins may not last long enough to do so

I so wish we could have gotten to the dinos. It was all the tooling. And no reuse of the parts that made it a bridge too far

A friend fixed mine and cut his arm holes a little lower so his arms could sit better. It looks great now.
