Are you kidding me with this!!! Yami, it's beautiful.. I love how you made the handles, too. I really love this!!! Thanks for asking me to cohost this month!!! Hugs, friend.
GORGEOUS !!!!!! I am going to attempt this as a gift for my best friend of 50 plus years. She uses a tray every day 2-3 times a day. She will love it. Thank you so much for this video. Its exactly what I was looking for
One word... BRILLIANT! OK, that's a lie. More words...the work of making this tray is tedious but the end result was beautiful and worthy of praise. And your version is so much prettier than that ridiculously expensive original. Thank you for sharing your wonderful creativity.
To speed up the painting lay the blocks side by side and in rows then paint all at once, clamped together or put in a small box, Tupperware, etc to keep them close maybe between two books whatever to keep them tight BUT NOT globs of paint either :). Also since you used the frame as a base no need to glue them side by side together just hot glue them to the base. It can be a thin piece of wood, if you want foam board you will need to glue them together to keep it stable. I Love the two-tone! OH Hey....clamp these down and sand before painting will really speed this GEM of a project up! And use drawer pulls to make usable handles.
Thank you Yami again for hosting this lovely challenge. Your tray looks awesome. I like it better than the original. The contrast of the wood and white is more enhanced here. There is no short cut to hard work and your hard work paid off. Your tray is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Very impressive and much prettier than that ridiculously expensive one. I'd like to recreate this but might use a stain, wood glue and seal with polyurethane. Thanks for the great idea!
Oh my goodness, your tray is absolutely Gorgeous. You have got the most patients! Is there anything you can't make? You are the BEST! Thanks for sharing!
I use those tumbling tower blocks a lot! Those and wood beads!! I love the half wooden balls, too. Your tray is very pretty and also very sturdy with using that board as a base! Great job!!❤
Amazing!!! So high end looking! I love how detail oriented you are. Makes a big difference and separates you from a lot of UA-camrs out there! Fan for life! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
What a darling tray! I have never been able to find the Jenga style blocks at any of my Dollar Tree stores. Seems like everyone else has no trouble finding them.
Absolutely stunning. Yours is much better than the Neiman's tray! I bought everything I needed today a DT and am going to try to make. Thank you so much!
I love this tray, sister! This must have been super therapeutic too since it was so time consuming but definitely worth the effort! Again, thank you for letting me be a part of this challenge! I'm so glad we "met"! ;-) Xoxo
White Sparrow Living - Luke 12:6 thank you so much for joining! I loved seeing what you created for this challenge and it was great “meeting” you as well 💕
Is amazing what you can do !!!!!!! to be frank I liked your better that the other one the other one is made in a thousands YOUR IS UNIQUE and made with diligent 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hey Yammi! I don’t know how I was missing all of your look for less challenges! I love to participate in those!!! What a great use of blocks! Your tray came out absolutely gorgeous! I love yours better than the inspiration!💕💕
I love this tray! If it wasn't in your challenge I'd still love it. I got the impression you found this to be very tedious to do. Maybe doing it in sections would be easier. I like yours better than the very expensive one. When I saw the thumbnail, I thought you painted it yellow and white, either way, you did a great job creating this and I'm adding this to my "want to make" list. I love this challenge and look forward to it every month. Thank you Yami!

Aw, thank you! You are so kind! I appreciate your feedback! It definitely was tedious, but I am happy I was able to see it through. 🥰
I totally enjoyed this challenge. Thank you
You are a patient woman. Turned out great. Thanks for sharing and hosting this challenge.
I love this tray. I have made tablet or phone stands out of these. My mommy loves her two I gave her.
You might have said it was a challenge but you made it look so easy. Tedious maybe but not hard. Thank you. ♥️
So smart to use the white glue. The hot glue leaves gaps between the blocks.
That was a lot of blacks to paint but it turned out awesome!
A tall order, and many steps... But and a big but... Yours is prettier.
I love it.
