Apparently I need to try the Starbond glue! I'm so glad that YT suggested this video to me. I love the pattern of one jenga on it's back and one on it's side. Did you say that was your creation or the Gravy channel? It was in the middle of the video and I can't remember now 🤣Love the simple ideas & the final look of the DIYs.
You mentioned wanting a Channel name background in the bloopers... I saw designed to the nines make one for her channel and if you have a circuit or know someone who does it would be cheap.

I have seen a ton of Jenga block DIYs this one is definitely the best I love the step-by-step blow-by-blow thank you I've been staring at my two boxes of blocks for about 3 weeks now trying to figure out what exactly I was going to make and coasters it is!! Have you seen the rainbow tumbling Tower that I got mine at Walmart for those who don't want to stain the wood.

These are just so gorgeous. So high end looking. You would never know that they were made with Dollar Tree products. I've seen other youtubers make things with the tumbling blocks but again you have taken these blocks to a whole other level. I'm loving how you used the stencils as the final touch on the coasters . You have totally inspired me to make all of these for a friend that is getting her first apartment on her own. She loves unique decor and this will blow her away. You have such a beautiful imagination Sammie. You always keep me on the edge of my seat right up until you complete your creation. Thank you so much for brightening my day funny lady. My mother in law and I love crafting together. We have done lots of projects with these wood blocks. We use white school glue. It works great! Our projects are still holding up well from our January crafting day.
That is so good to know Alejandra! I’ll definitely give that a try next time. Wish my MIL lived here because I know we would be crafting all the time
Doesn't it take a long time for that glue to dry so that you can keep moving on with the project??
How many pieces come in the big boxes of the tumbling tower blocks? You can order smaller quantities on the DT website, you have to order them in sets of 3. It says something about 72, I think it means 72 in the three boxes. I am assuming they come in sets of 24 per box. I am not sure though, I didn't read the specifics. Haha. My DT doesn't carry them.

I made my first one right along with you in this video. LoL. Thank you for the ideas, and they are terrifically beautiful ideas, and I just bought a case of 30 boxes of the 72 count in each box which is over $2,100 blocks so I really do appreciate your ideas and your videos.

After MONTHS of my DT not having the blocks I was totally surprised when I saw them yesterday so of course I bought all 16 boxes they had 🤣🤣🤣
What kind of Starbond Glue are you using? Does it cause your fingers to stick 2gthr like Superglue? I've had the hardest time trying to find the exact right glue to use. I agree the glue sticks don't hold well, Woodglue takes too long to dry and superglue doesn't really work well either. I'm just curious EXACTLY what glue you're using.

New subscriber here. Loved everything you did. Most of which I hadn't seen before. Currently preparing to start making a recipe card holder, since the plastic box they were in kind of disintegrated after being in storage for almost twelve years. Have already made boxes for gel pens, colored pencils, crayons, and colored felt tips. Also made a sign saying "Shalom!", decorated with blue foil wrapping paper and some six-pointed snowflakes. Plan on making more things.

You may have said and I didn't hear. What kind of glue were you using? The super glue I've found come in tiny containers. Yours isn't tiny. 😊
Thank you for all the great ideas ….I made the coasters,the little plant holders, the tray or whatever and the box. I also used the coffee stain and oven worked fab.(sunny and HUMID in Georgia…UGH!). My favorite thing is your wonderful sense of humor! Helps keep me honest!

Why use a very sharp knife to "stir" them? Just use your fingers!
Also, wouldn't it be easier to just put them in a plastic bag, the same way you marinade meat? No stirring required!

I am so happy I decided to look up diy for tumbling tower blocks. I have a few of these boxes and now every single time I go to the $1.25 store I am going to pick up as much as I can since they don’t always have them and I’m worried they will start raising the price again or just not sell them at all and those are so perfect for so many things¡ I am so excited¡ I am for sure going to do the coasters…the rest I am sure I will as well but I have not seen them yet but as you can tell the first one already got me excited¡

All Your projects are inspiring! I like to water down my favorite stains to soak my blocks. I tried both coffee and tea, they just never darkened the blocks enough for my taste. Thank you for sharing 😊

Hey, Sammie... Tell me abt the glue you are using? I have a surebonder glue gun, but it leaves webs that I despise!
I love love your channel! I have a little nugget of information for everyone. If you use the coffee method to stain your blocks and you want it just a little more rich, you can just add a spoon or two of instant coffee to your leftover pot of coffee and it is a world of difference! FYI, I also use the add a spoon or two of coffee to my leftover pot to get a rich color on my coffee filters to make my filter roses. I put them on a skewer and they look amazing! If I don’t say so myself lol.

Hahahaha luckily you only have to use a tiny amount so there isn’t any excess spilling out. But it has happened 😂

Great ideas. I just bought more tumbling blocks in the large packs. I was amazed since they only previously stocked the small packs and I had to search in several different DT's. The Crafty DIY Guy sent me here. Loved your video.

Sammie, those pieces give off a very crisp and clean look that is so pretty! Love the coffee “stain” too! I’m still looking for the tumbling tower blocks, believe it or not. The two DT’s near me don’t carry them and it says they are back ordered on the website. 😫😫😫 I am going to branch out farther to other DT’s to see if I can find them...fingers crossed!

Hey Deborah! It’s an accelerator. So the little pieces that didn’t line up perfectly and had a gap I would put the super glue down in there and then spray so it would dry immediately
