I've been growing worms for a couple of years, but I feel like you have more of a passion, As I just dump my scraps in with em, and forget about them for months at a time.
Wow, I didn't know they wouldn't die! Lots to learn...
Worms are very forgiving, but I'm sure they will appreciate that fresh food. You still had some slow foods in there, so they weren't living totally in their castings. The research I covered recently showed that worms living in 100% castings suffer health consequences eventually.
