@@BabsonWalkerFaTuz You still can, This is going to be a tool for newbies to pick up on mastering techniques and a sense of what sounds good. I am hoping this will result in better sounding productions, My ears cant handle the blown out 808's and kick drums of todays underground hip-hop!
I prefer manual work, but I will need the AI to compare the normal one to the AI. It is not bad. I think it will help with mastery more. anyway I love you FL STUDIO 🤜🤛💪
@@toastermonkey7511i think he meant good for beginners to have it as one of their resources for references. i dont think someone that pursues and is enthusiastic in music production will be satisfied of the result, not because it is AI but because it may be good, but it is not always how you want it to be
How can this be "good" for beginners? xD Beginners are going to remain beginners for more time now, since they are going to rely on an AI tool instead of understanding how sound works... I don't care if your final mix sounds better or worse, you are still a nobody untill you learn theory. That's like a Grand Master in chess that looks at his chess engine at his phone to play all the correct moves. You are not a good player you will never become one.
I think this is a great feature. If I could wish for one little alteration then it would be that the output files are loudness matched. I cannot compare different masters (or my mix) if they are not the same perceived loudness. Other than that - awesome!
Please allow trial users to use the stem separator. Please I beg of you! At least make the quality sd instead of HD but come on us poor people want fun too
Bro it's very sad to know you're using a trial version Well I guess not everyone knows the way (If you know what I mean) Somehow I never had to use trial version Since 20.8 down to 21.1 and fun fact I never had to .......
It depends. The AI probably doesn't know all of the details of your track. So if you want a master that is a little bit different, I don't think it will work.
I didnt expect automatic loudness matching, but that you can't even manually adjust the loudness is an absolute no-go, especially when you even encourage blind A/B-ing
@@FL_STUDIO I was talking about gain compensation when you want to compare your unmastered track to the mastered one. I understood that you can set the target lufs.
This will destroy ur mix, cause each track comes with different frequencies, u won't have full control of ur mix, master or frequency cut before boosting .I prefer doing it manually, cause ai will never get perfect
not sure how this AI mastering works in a backend but it would be super could if it would not only render a WAV file but use FL studio's native plugins instead, so they could be tweaked for personal taste after AI job is finished
What are some of the "gotchas" to look out for when using this functionality? For example, I tend to push all the final audio through Maximus anyway, and after some quick testing the AI doesn't seem to make any significant adjustments to the render, is it relying pretty heavily on receiving something much more raw to work with?
considering it targets a certain lufs value i imagine if you're already there it does very little, so yeah sending something with more dynamic range is probably going to yield more dramatic results
Hi, There is an old paid version of FL Studio Mobile available for free in one of the stores. Since you are the real owner of the app, can you allow me to download it from that store? Thank you.
can you plz make tutorial how to connect Digital mixer to fl studio and do multi track recording. I tried a lot but nothing was helpful and i am using Yamaha 01V96i Mixer I appreciate if you replied me give me solution
What i have ovserved is that this AI mastering tool will give you a mastered file with peaks touching -0.1 dbs. I thing -1 db should be applied to compensate any possible distortions by streaming services
1:18 So, we recommend you master your song to their specific level. Please god no. Don't try to master to a "target loudness". Imagine mastering a death metal at -14LUFS because Spotify has a "target loudness" (btw on pc you can turn off normalizing and you will hear the majority of tracks aren't mastered to -14LUFS). THE BAND WOULD BEAT YOU TO A PULP. There are exceptions ofc (mostly more dynamic genres like jazz).
Please do master to a rough target. I agree that it doesn't have to be -14 or whatever a streaming service wants. But I 100% disagree with the "do not master to a target" argument. Check out what other people's masters are like in the style of music you're making and absolutely DO make that your reference. And don't get me wrong nothing against death metal, noisecore or high energy DnB, but the music most people want to make, the Taylor Swifts and Young Cough Syrups of the world actually do end up closer to -14 than -8 integrated.
FL Studio always gives a "pop" sound at the beginning of my songs and I end up having to export everything then reimport WAV files before it can sound normal. Is there a fix to this?
I'm definitely using this as a beginner myself. This will help me save time. Once I get better in the future, then I'll probably use it less and use my manual mastering skills instead
Lmao, AI mastering less than half a year will obliterate any manual mastering effort. Soon with AI all you have to do is pick a sample/genre/style song you want your mix to sound like and you are good to go.

Plz for distribution …. Consider something more than distrokid .. give us another option 🙏
Si hubiera sabido que iba tener problemas con distrokid no hubiera pagado la suscripción
I doubt they'd ever do that. It costs a lot to run a distro service plus they have their DAW that they run.
You know you can just use any distro you want by yourself?
