- Dr. Michael Longyear’s passion for helping others comes from personal experience. Having gone through a traumatic football injury that left him paralyzed during his sophomore year in high school, he beat the odds and did what the doctors said wasn’t possible. Before moving to Jacksonville, Dr. Longyear was the director of the NeuroLIFE Institute at Life University where he specialized in complex neurological conditions that other health care practitioners had given up on.
Dr. Meaghan Longyear dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as she could remember. After struggling with finding a career that fit her needs, she discovered the NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) after having it performed on her. She then realized just how debilitating past traumas can be in our day-to-day lives. Dr. Meaghan has combined her approach with many other therapies, creating a style all her own to help guide her patients to release mind/body emotional blocks and experience a deeper level of healing.

This modality has been so significant for my healing journey.
We are glad to hear.
Is it important for the NET practitioner to be certified?
Wow! They should try allowing the eyes to fixate. This is Brainspotting. Stay with the eye position and ask them just to notice what happens. VERY powerful stuff bubbles up from the deep brain and the deepest possible healing begins to take place!
This deep brain is actually the nervous system.
@@jed88 Well, no, the brain is PART of the nervous system, the whole brain. It's a brain/body system.
Interesting. It would be helpful to explain was this treatment is.
theres like 50 vids on it.
What about CFS.. which is now accepted as numerological?
Do you mean CSF - Central Spinal Fluid? The entire system is neurological vs numerological.
@@jed88 chronic fatigue syndrome... and I did mean neurological.
Has this ever been tested with people with schizophrenia?
You took the red pill, not the blue pill.
I was out with the visual of the creepy background behind the Dr.'s. What is that about? So distracting from the subject.
Those are plants. It looks like a few air plants and maybe different types of moss. It's understandable that aesthetics can be distracting but also you could have learned a lot from this video without that impulsive reaction.
