This is only really able to be done in tropical areas. Outside of tropical areas, you have to rely somewhat on corporations for supplies that you just can't reliably create on your own in order to make sure you have food for the cold winter months that isn't going to poison you. You can "get by" in non-tropical areas without much influence from corporations, but it's practically impossible to rid them from your life outside of tropical areas. As I type this, it is snowing outside. I can't just go outside and find food right now. Due to how the weather is here, a "food cellar" isn't very reliable. High probability of food spoilage long before spring arrives. Dried food is possible, but also due to how the climate is, it's likely to spoil or become contaminated with mold long before spring. Live animals being killed is about the only way to make it here without corporate influence, and if I'm not mistaken, that is not ital.

Mark R bullshit, if it would be impossible to feed yourself over the winter then there would be no humans in the northern hemissphere... There are pretty much endless techniques to preserve food, so you can also eat healthy in the winter.

Doctors aren't all bad. definitely don't go to the doctor in america, they get paid to make you scared and fill your brain with drugs you don't need. Doctors in general can help you, they're not all greedy liars. I'd say in most countries they are not paid to give you addictive drugs that you don't need, they are paid to do their jobs properly.
But yeah if you live clean and healthy and you're lucky never to have an accident, you might never need a doctor. Living healthy is never a bad move.

Health is wealth. Respect to you @ReggaeinthRuff ! Your way of life looks natural and healing. Im 28 and I have had type 1 diabetes for 21 years.. The city life may have its comforts and luxury, but at a price of poisoning yourself leading to bad health. If its not a physical health issue its mental health or both. I know sickness exists all over the world, but lifestyles like this help keep them away. There is so much negative energy in this city life... from today I eat Ital only. I just ate a delicious ital stew. Much love.

if we preserve our environment, we all can live and eat this natural. In every environment God ensured that people have plenty. You only have to learn how to find it. But if we destroy it, what should we expect? More industrial food, more diseases, higher cost of living.... More love from Kenya.

How he cuts the vegetables just put a big smile to my face. Skills! I always felt a connection to the rastafari ”culture” now I think I know why. It seems so pure. I never knew this side to it before...its true side, or maybe the only side to it. Since a few years I try to live according to vedic culture, and I see some similarity... Very nice video. Thank you. God bless! Hare Krishna!

I am sooo Happy that i have found this video!!! I feel so happy to know that there are people like you and like all your awesome community, who are completely aware about what is truly good and what is not......
unfortunately "this supposed civilized world" is quite a malicious and avaricious commerce, where most of the people depend on it, where people are zombies and slave of the system!
After this video i really want to take a flight and go live with you guys!!!! LOL and have a complete natural organic life without chemicals! they worth nothing! Just fucking up the whole natural life and the planet.
God I left everything perfect for us and for the entire universe.
All at the human being must become aware and we should responsibility and courage to change ....
Thank you soooo much for the video!!
