Thanks Mike. It took me ages to think of that ending!! Sadly, it has been wet a lot this season. The piper was on the Marina to welcome people from a cruise ship anchored just outside the Loch that were being ferried ashore in boats. There was a fleet of coaches waiting to whisk them away to local places of interest. Always something interesting going on. All the best
@@TheSeahawk34 When I was at Lamlash in the Cobra a few years back, a yacht came into the anchorage with their own piper on the foredeck, it didnt show well on the video but I thought they had style.
Hi Edward. Yes indeed, we are now based at Holy Loch, certainly for the time being anyway. To be honest, we didn't shoot a great deal of footage on the way up to Scotland and I struggled at times to string things together as there were bits missing so we must try harder next year! If you see us around and about, come and shake hands!
Would love to meet up. I have a Sun Dream 28, Fadeaway. If you know you are going to be in Largs I'll come by and meet you. I'll be making a trip to Holy loch in early spring, the scenery is great in that area.
We'll keep a lookout for Fadeaway on our travels and will let you know if we're in LYH. Certainly be at HL in the spring as plenty of maintenance/improvements to be done!
Thanks Mark another very interesting and educational episode. Scotland seems like such an interesting place to cruise
Thanks Dom. Yes indeed, and we've only just scratched the surface I guess! Plenty to have a go at next season
Lovely to see the area again👍... Ive spent a few winter seasons in holy loch. carrick castle is a great weekend destination 👍
Good to see places I've never been to, the Clyde has so many. I liked the postscript.

I've just re-watched that video Mike! The sound of the pipes came through very well. Stairway to Heaven on the uke as well!
I laughed out loud at the end...so true ☔🌧️
The rain in Scotland does seem to be biblical at times! All the best!
@@TheSeahawk34 U should've seen it yesterday...offffft
Are you now going to be based in Holy Loch marina? Look forward to seeing more of your videos next season and maybe we'll meet up on the water.

It does rain a lot in Scotland but we've also had lots of good weather too. I'm sure it got warmer than 16 Celsius!!
