I really like your tutorials even though I just started watching them a couple of weeks ago, you are probably one of my favorite UA-camrs now. Could you make an assassin's creed hidden blade, one that extends and retracts with the pull of a string attached to your finger? I think that would be a cool project for you and I know I would enjoy watching it.
for the cap fitting the bowling ball couldn't you just use an adhesive sandpaper and stick it on the ball? That way when you sand it is the same curvature.
+Robby Helme Yeah you, I and Skilar thought the same thing. I did try it but the PVC is so hard that it takes FOREVER to sand down. I filmed it but decided to cut that part out. It does work though for the very final sand down to knock off any high spots.
#BeltSander after watching the máster sword vídeo i definitely wanted to do it, so I looked for a belt sander witch could lay upside down here in Argentina. the only one I could find is the SKIL 7650 900watts, it also includes with a couple of clamps to attach it on the table. What may have worked easier for shaping the top to the ball, is pushing sandpaper down on the ball and and sanding the top onto it that way

bigGisnumber1 pretty east to make one out of aluminum rods at a craft store... same spot you would buy brass sheets for craft/model making.
