Melody is a kick ass singer now and was back then as a little kid. I was in a band called The Wolfgang and played a show with Liliac last year in Illinois at Sundance. It was a blast for this 53 year old musician and Rush fanatic see these guys rock. Guitar leads were insane, drums were killer, vocals were awesome, bass and keys were totally on point. Keep it up my young friends - you are the hope for metal for the future.
I'm truly at a loss for words, I am amazed at these kids range and talent. I hate pop music with a passion but knowing these kids and their future made me listen to the end. Great job you did!

I totally agree! They are a close nit family for sure! And to look at them today!!! OMG!!! What an amazing job thier mom and dad have done! And now they have and are becoming adults , you don't see them doing stupid stuff or being drug through the tabloids, or getting carted off to jail or off to the hospital for drug issues! And they don't bad mouth anyone!!! It's truly the American success story of a family who works hard on what they BELIVE! As a Fan of the band , as as a father myself I feel proud for them!!! And just admire what they have become!!!
And for those of us who LOVE AND ADMIRE THE CRISTEA'S, lest remember to wish Ms. MELODIA CRISTEA a happy 21st birthday on DECEMBER 27th !!!!!! Time flys so fast! Seems like these wonderful young ones have grown up overnight!!!! ✌️
This is awesome! So talented so early. I loved watching it. Reminds me of when my brother was totally into Michael Jackson, break dancing and parachute pants. Then 3 years later, it was all about Megadeath, Metallica, Anthrax. There was a little detour to Motley Crue and Van Halen in between those. Funny how music tastes change so quickly during the teen years.
Wow! These kids are exactly what happens when show biz parents are just throwing anything and everything against the wall to see what sticks. That being said, they're obviously very talented, Melody's voice is insane, and I hope they're settled on Liliac. Rock on!
Although i dont like much pop music especially todays garbage, its interesting to see the starting of liliac...these older videos sow that sam can sing, melody has a voice that was incredible then and yet gets better...then abi, a killer drummer who can also play the accordion too...these kids are just pure deep down talented in all sense of the word

Nothing wrong with kids finding their niche. I’ve been into Rock & Metal since I came out of the womb in a Dio shirt and jeans.... never liked pop, or whatever you call that kind of music. But their kids, and it seems they have found what they do best with Rock

Most every musician's development/evolution is a journey through multiple genres, so I'm not really surprised that "Euro dance club" was one of them. And why not? Looks like these kids had a lot of fun.
Abi needs to bring back the accordion for a future project (if you've never seen an accordion in metal/rock reference Finnish metal band Turisas back when netta skôg was still with them)

one dark and stormy night a long time ago, the parents retired to their bedroom due to the exhaustion of having 5 kids, and sam dragged out a crate full of dads old metal albums, they were fascinated by the album covers of black sabbath, dio, iron maiden, metallica and other old school heavy metal albums, so one of them put one of the cd's into the cd player and they were blown away by the metal that they heard. the next morning they confronted the parents why they kept this type of music away from them. the rest is history. LOL
