Fix Cannot Access Internal Storage after TWRP Format Data

In some cases, it might happen that after you do a Format Data via TWRP, your device will still be shown on your Windows PC File Explorer, but you will not be able to transfer any file to it, including the ROM file that you were about to flash! As a result of this, you might be left with no OS installed in some cases!
To make matters worse, even ADB Push might not work under such circumstances. If you try to push any file to your device, the CMD window might give out the following error: remote write failed: no space left on the device. [This is obviously a false error message because your device is completely empty as of now!]

After setting up everything, I reboot to TWRP then it cannot access the internal storage again. It shows (0MB).
What to do instead of formatting data which subsequently have to set up the phone again?
