Pennywise vs Freddy Krueger
Who could give Pennywise a run for his money? I'm thinking C'thulhu, another malevolent god of fear and madness. Both are phobivores who would not want to share.
Come to think of it another reality bender who might give Pennywise a problem is Freddy Krueger.
It is even above C'thulhu. Probably way above him.
I never expected Chucky would stand a chance. I was more surprised at the end when the computer had him win 30% of the time. You should do underdog scenarios, because I'd be interested in one of the Chucky victories.
You should also include the stories where the other side wins. You say chucky wins 30% of the time so why not tell that story too. I'm sure everyone would be interested in hearing how that happens. Also a matchup of Pennywise Vs. The Thing would be VERY intriguing. Or perhaps Pennywise Vs. Freddy Kruger.

I knew Chucky did not stand a chance. A better opponent for Chucky is "Annabelle" and a better opponent for "It" is either the "Old Man" from SCP lore, Pinhead from Hell Raiser or Freddy Kruger.
It beats all of them.....at the same time.
I would love to see a clash between Chucky and Annebelle, or Chucky and M3GAN.

I posted above that Anabelle would be a better match for Chucky. Because M3GAN is a robot maybe she should be facing the modern remake of Child's Play where he is a robot programmed to be evil from a demented programmer but with no voodoo factor? It was the only version of Child's Play that is technically Science Fiction.
The only way I can think of where Chucky would have a chance in this fight is if he did the same thing the kids did in the movie and not be afraid of him, laugh at him and basically bullie him. Pennywise and Freddy both require fear to survive.
We need a 4 way battle. The Thing vs The Blob vs The Stuff vs alien from Cacoon

Chucky is not a demon.
Ok, some dumb kids can get away with killing IT, but they can't fathom a killer voodoo doll to do the same. Did we forget that Chucky is a master of Voodoo? Was that even fed to the AI? Chucky theoretically could entrap Penny into a doll or body and kill him or go the not scared route. Penny wouldn't get into his head immediately. Chucky literally ended up embracing his curse and fate as an immortal killer. The difference between IT and Chucky is that Chucky would've succeeded where IT couldn't. That's killing the kids or them as adults.
