Here is a thought, I worked on capstan winches in the military. The wire coming out of the slicer feeds into a funnel tube with rotating rubber wheels and feeds into a rotating barrel (sitting on a tire changing machine platform). That would keep up with the copper king😊
I have found with my wire stripper, with solid core wire, I don't run it through the cutter blade, I only run it through the crusher blade. 10 gauge romex through that thin single strand stuff in fluorescent lights, it works great!
After making a very careful assessment of the stripper and the entire process I am quite confident that Steve is to blame. Ngl that back door all wide open is creeping me out I swore I seen someone out there but it may have been that fan blade really wish you would weld up that cage for it,where is your firearm I don’t even see it,they always come when you are most vulnerable and unaware, like when you are crawling around on the floor yanking wire and what not, maybe you could get a big mean shop dog to hang out they are always on the job I have 3 and very little escapes their attention. My thinking is if they get through the fences and past the cameras and somehow survive the dogs I will be ready.
😂😂😂 I agree it's Steves fault. lol I always have the PPE on me or with in reach. I conceal carry most of the time. If you don't see it around me it's on me. I spend more time with my 45 than my girlfriend. 😂😂😂 I will get on the back door cadge.

See the bolts on the blades of hydrolic wire cutter? Did you know they can be replaced? (YES I'M BEING A SMART ASS but I am a UA-cam EXPERT😊) OK so my real question is how much would the blades cost to replace hydrolic wire cutter blades? 💖 from Minnesota. 😎
@ProjectShopFl 🤯 OUCH! Time to make your own. Just weld some metal together, heat treat it up in an oven toss it in your lethe. TADA! You just forged the turned your own blades. 🤔 Time or Money. Gosh golly I HAVE THE TIME AND 1/4 SKILL NEEDED. Once I get welding skills back up I could do it.....REMEBER: I'm a UA-cam /Internet/keyboard EXPERT. 🙄😵💫😎 Ask your subs if anyone has the skills? It would be a fun joint venture. 💖
Where is all your BX steel and/or aluminum wire? Where is all yawls twisted 12, 10 and 14 gauge THHN wire? I have mountains. That is where the time is consumed.
@@ProjectShopFl I know but cut steel with oxygen is chemically making it rust... stainless doesn't rust so the oxygen has a lot less effect 😆. Plasma cutter if it's still working might do it. Love the videos and thanks to whomever gave you the new go pro
Hey Derek, please do not reach over this machine! These rollers seems to be quite unforgiving! It's better to have a little downtime than big downtime being hurt! Love your videos though! Keep 'em coming :)
Love seeing that big copper brother 👍
Me too! lol
@25:16 should be the thumbnail for this video. Wirepocalypse!
😂😂😂😂 Thanks!
Thanks for sharing the details of the profitability and the actual times/weights/procedures. Always impressed by your work ethic!
Thanks you! 👍

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually made something kinda like the rotator. its in my short feed.
I cut my wire with a bolt cutter haha but i don't have the big wire like you have.
👍👍👍
Need tons more copper , more copper , more copper .
YES!!
Nice chunk of copper
Thanks 👍

Nice!
If you have a machinist around, you could weld build, and have new edges put on the build up. Maybe add a cutting edge for specific needs
Thanks for the suggestion

Good morning. lol
Hope your arm is feeling better.
It is almost better but I think I will have issues for a while.

What gauge is that wire? 6? Seems I have problems with 6 and 4 with my strip meister
I'm not sure the size I will check next time I get some.
Great stripping video nice job
Thanks!

I looked up the ones I broke and they were $600 😳

I sell int as fast as I get it.
Maybe time to invest in another wire stripper you do know it pays for itself. It's time
I have one bolted to the side of the main stripper.
Do you have a blower Derek?
Than you can blow the stripping machine out and under it.
Bet you will find a lot of copper.
Thanks for the suggestion
Re cutting stainless. Your literally asking it to rust lol
I was cutting it so it would stack better. The Jaw did not like it. lol

The Stainless will be sitting at a scrap yard somewhere. The rust will be someone else's problem.
Aluminium wears out very quickly so not sure it the right material for that wire stripper....
