Cleanvey Helps You Track Cleaning Process Data Logs

Cablevey Conveyors are designed to be the sanitary solution for your conveying needs. Product is moved in an enclosed system to eliminate the mess seen with non enclosed systems. All conveyors are designed to be cleaned without any disassembly needed. All conveyors are made out of chemical
resistant materials (stainless steel or CVT). All systems are easily customizable to be wet or dry cleaned depending on the needs of the customer.
As if everything we already provide for clean in place conveyors wasn’t enough the Cablevey Conveyor’s Team is always looking for ways to improve the product and make our customers lives easier. In accordance with this, we will be releasing a Clean in Place (CIP) cart for our systems in 2023. Some key features of this cart are below.
• Automate the wet cleaning process. Getting rid of some manual labor and reducing the risk of improper cleaning.
• Data logging all critical information. Easily and hassle-free store cleaning times and key cleaning measurements (temperature, water used, chemicals used, etc).
• Store and use cleaning recipes for multiple systems that can be implemented by a touch of a button.
