I have no idea what I just witnessed. I don't mean the damage, braver mains just do that. I mean the positioning, the re-positioning, the actual attacks used, and the fluidity of it all. Makes me never wanna even touch bow braver ever again even passively, because I'd disgrace the weapon.
Just another Tuesday for a bow user, to be honest. It might take an "unhealthy" amount of time spent using the weapon just to realize what can be done or not. But hey, if you are a Braver player, the least you can do with bow is utilizing it's nuke in forms of Bow Attack Impact, non-T1 Ceaseless Draw, and Bow Photon Blast. Defi augments and Duel quests can really exaggerate what a weapon can do, so that's that. For any disgrace, it would be me that to these days, I still having a hard time explaining whatever the fuck happens in most of my videos xdd.
It's originally the "Input Overlay" for OBS. I edit the side buttons display to have just one button which is the upper button of my current mouse. I barely use the lower one and had to keep it to single button to avoid wrong input tbh. This button is dedicated for katana counter seen in most of my hybrid Braver videos. That's pretty much about it.
I wonder how a bow can do so much damage. Are there any special settings? People around me say that bows have very low dps, so I don't recommend using them.
In here, it's mainly being a Duel Quest clear using a dedicated gear setup with appropriate Defi augments. You are looking at no damage variance and roughly 2-2.5x higher output compared to the endgame gear setup that I've been using every now and then. Even outside or just daily usage, bow can still feel a bit mediocre due to how it functions and being a sidekick to Braver's main weapon that is katana. As said in other places, the least you can do with bow these days is using Ceaseless Draw (Type 2/Type 3) with Bow Attack Impact and Bow Photon Blast for Break or Down bursting. It would take too much time investment and absurd amount of weapon & game knowledge to play bow properly and not flagged as griefing the other players tbh. Bow can pack a punch and service you well with its spike damage. BUT, at the end of the day, other "range" weapon choices seem to be better when you need this much effort to maintain the DPS with bow tbh.

Ehh augments these days, whether it's LC (Low Cost) or Original variants, they often provide All-Type damage and are recommended due to the value. You can technically get away with most things using just bow, but expect to find yourself poking on katana some day down the line. Multi-weapon feature exists FYI. If you have enough resources to spent, the Best Augs for "Armor" these days (as of Aug. 2024) would be: - Gran Dread Keeper II - Gran Gigas Maste - Gran Gladier Soul - Anadi Arm Parfait - Hikvar Domina OR Melra Duable V - Lux Haphinale - Megadryl Otherwise, you can check the exchange shop for LC variants (and their category) that yield lesser damage but are absolutely free due to dropping in abundant literally everywhere. For anything that doesn't match, just take whaever LC variants that yield highest % damage. "Weapon" wise... it's a bit more step to consider: - You pick 4 of those augments that, again, have the highest % damage on it which is often Gran Gigas Maste, Anadi Arm Parfait, Lux Haphinale, and Grand Gladier Soul. LC if needed. - Then, choose you EX Augments combination on [an Eldem weapon] to house those 4 Augments alongside it. The easiest choice can be either Tri-shield-Lively HP Starlings-Anything, OR whatever three that has 4.5% damage if you don't care much about its effect. - Put those 7 augments in your Max Grind Eldem weapon, then Transfer everything to your Max Grind Winguard weapon... or Ekcelio that is recently released (since you said Ektasis) as it is somewhat future proof for being upgradable later. You can still use Winguard if you want though. An alternative way is that, if you are looking at a blank Winguard, you can just Transfer Ex Augs on Eldem weapon immediately. Then you can fix your augments later. It will move everything, so check the screen twice when doing it. You can ask around for information from people that know more than me in the community on deeper details about affixing and such. I am not that active with the game, so my memory is a bit hazy, but if anything.... That's how you do stuff nowadays.

What is the 1 handed keyboard model you use or it's a rewired one? Incredible Bow play there :)
