Why wouldn't you use him as a melee fighter he has everything for it, damage reduction, healing and great melee attacks I don't understand all those guides to use him as a weak ranged fighter, all his ranged skills are weaker than his melee skills for me?
Agreed. No idea what they are talking about. He’s tanky and has a lot of potential to push multiple people off cliffs, coupled with the fact that he deals above average damage

Use Dantallion as your main attacker or rely on his skills to land powerful blows.

I find that Tenacity comes in handy more than Air of Royalty. Every Archer is a Watcher and they love to snipe Danny boy down.
