A tremendous video summary. Thank you Steven. It has taken me 10 years to realise that with proper risk management the losing trade represents a tiny nick. It bleeds and hurts for a bit. But it gets better. And you don't tend to do it again. Whereas with poor risk management the nick severs an artery and we literally bleed to death. Thanks again

For some reason this short clip has caused me to really tighten up my plan. I paused the vid and set up my next trade. It feels good to have the proper risk management in place that predefines my max risk (stop and share size), entry, and target. I know my strategy works, I've back-tested it and so have you (thank you). With everything clearly planned, much of the fear and anxiety is now gone. So is any confusion, really. This is all 100% true. I became a better trader when I focused on risk management which ultimately took the fear out of trades. Whether day, swing, trend or position trading.

I thought that was the reason why you spend so much time planing a trade and studying patterns, so you have some kind of idea or confidence that this trade will be profitable? Just kidding... Good advice! I totally agree. It seems like you know what you're doing, but all the prep in the world doesn't matter for the 20-30% of the trades that will be losers. The manipulators will use your pattern recognition against you, to suck you in, when the choose to. Thanks for the video!

My problem is the opposite, I have the fear it won't go back down when it goes up and don't sell for the profits. It's not the fear of it going down or when it goes down and for that matter I seem to be more relaxed when it goes down. All the emotions that you talk about is very helpful in other aspects of this mans life. I guess fear is fear , FOMO I like what you say about the losing 20000 yrs ago and today, that may be part of whats wrong with our society today. the wealthy don't want to lose or share any amount and it's fear of being less than is what I always say but I think your closer than me about a man worrying about losing respect, but is more fear of losing altogether
