@@nagai_yuuya so here it is, the answer for the question, if there is a costume Adrian doesn’t have. He doesn’t have a costume of the other ear (can’t really tell left or right)
As a Composer: Absolute hell if you loose your ears, ears over eyes, if you loose your hearing you exchange hearing for feeling, literal vibrating of sound... Like beethoven did, he used certain small objects mostly wood, and put them on his lips and put the end of the object on his Piano Forte and then he could feel the vibrating as he played.
Not lore accurate. Even after he went completely deaf, he continued composing and in fact, created one of the most important pieces of music ever written. The perfect symphony: Symphony No. 9. Completely deaf. Still blows my mind to this day.
Its the vibration. I hear deaf people hear music through vibrations so maybe he liked how they felt and we hearing people are definitely not complaining.
Fun fact: Für Elise was for a girl called Elise, but when Beethoven found out she loved someone else, since Elise wasn't good at piano, at the start it was easy, then, he made it super hard because she loved another man.
How do you wake up one day and just decide to bring out your fancy ear costumes and make an entire representation of Beethove's hearing loss? This guy is amazing
I cannot get enough of your videos. You're so freaking hilarious and creative. I don't know how you come up with these incredible skits, but I hope you never stop (as long as you always enjoy making them).
I didn't remember how young but I knew he could still compose. It's so amazing. But I've watched this and laughed repeatedly because the way his hands make all the wrong notes is hysterical.
Also he technically could still hear just not with his ears . So what he did was take a metal strip and connect it to his keystrings with a wire and bit down on the strip , when he played the keys the vibration used to travel up to his brain via his teeth.
Fun fact, for accuracy sake, he only totally lost his hearing towards the very end, for a long time it was gradual, and thats why a lot of his later pieces are so dark. His deafness was caused by compression of the 8th cranial nerve associated with paget’s disease or PDB. What this means is he lost his hearing from the high end. All the low end stuff is written because he could still hear it. The darkness and emotionality of that period is palpable in his works of the time. And his relationship to his failing hearing ended up really setting him apart and influenced his work until the end. I’m not sure which but, he has written some pieces specifically about his hearing loss I believe.
