No, it's non cbse but adds to 50 hours. (CBSE 25 hours + others 25 hours) it's that others part.

No, other than CBSE. CBSE sessions (25 hours) only to be attended after registration on CBSE official training portal.

Mam who pay the fees for training school ya teachers

No hard and fast rule for that. Schools pay 20 K every year as training fee. While teacher registration it depends on school's financial conditions whether they ask teachers to pay 100 percent fee or they reimburse 50 percent, that's their choice.
