A very underrated song from Myrath I simply adore : Beyond the Stars ! And Tunisia is not really Middle-East guys, more like Maghreb or North-Africa. :)
With love from Russia. Yes, Myrath does write incredibly beautiful, epic, exciting music that draws in your head pictures of the distant travels of bygone heroic eras. Zocher Zograti (let them correct me if I wrote the vocalist's name correctly), the band's vocalist, once won a prestigious European music competition, has really incredible charisma and a great voice. You listen to them not because of the powerful and heavy riffs, but because of the many incredible, epic and beautiful moments. Their music is like a stream.
I had the privilege to see this band live here in Gothenburg Sweden . last week when they where guest artists to Beast in Black . Did not know anything about them before the gig . But they where really good live . My favourit song from the gig was Monster in my closet
Bravooo, thx for reacting on Myrath, one of my fav bands, i love them so much. And the best reaction till now on Believer song. Cheers from Serbia guys :)
What you don't know is that they continued the story of this video with two songs from their latest album "Shehili". "Dance" and "No Holding Back" are part two and three of that little video trilogy which you really should check out (if only for yourselves). Also I'd like to give a shout out to another great, still mostly unknown band from Tunesia, female fronted Persona that have quite an interesting blend of classic metal with Symphonic, Gothic, Progressive and Death metal (and even Grunge). Also you should love their guitar solos, they are absolutely awesome. Some of the band members have recently moved to Germany and I really hope that this move will get them more exposure, because their first, self-produced album "Elusive Reflections" was absolutely magnificent and their second album Metamorphosis was even better. Check out their videos for the songs "Forgotten" and "Invidia".
Hey guys, glad you finally discovered Myrath, you should also check out Born To Survive and No Holding Back by them. Also check out these : - Orden Ogan - Gunman DragonForce -Victim Of Love Kalidia - Circe’s Spell Walk In Darkness - Walk Like Heroes Van Canto - The Bardcall Cheers. Greetings from England. 🙂🤘🏻
Yay! So happy you checked these guys out. They're great live as well. As for other songs, Beyond the stars, Tales of the sands, Born to survive or Under siege.
Saw them live last weekend opening for Beast in Black. Left more money with them than BiB. XD Though I had already heard from them and was just waiting for the concert to get the CDs so the money would go more towards the band than amazon so that probably explains the spending difference.
Guys, it's just simple For example the Scandinavian metal bands and Celtic metal bands use his local musical instruments so myrath band does the same And I think the oriental metal was born now with this band
Finally tweetle dee and tweetle dum checked out this song! This music video has a continuation of it in 3 parts. The 1st is believer, 2nd is Dance and 3rd is No Holding Back. You Should Check them out. Enjoy!
I had a period where I was checking out the Oriental Metal genre a lot. Love the East-West merger of styles! You should look up more like Orphaned Land and several others.
ROCK ON TUNISIA 🤟 And please 1:27 Tunisia is not middle east .. Tunisia is North Africa and we speak Tamazight and Darija. However the video do has middle east vibes ,
If you want to expand your horizons with folk influenced metal, make sure to check out a band from China called Black Kirin. Totally underrated band and definitely worth checking out: ua-cam.com/video/TeJoVDnmpXE/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/Uwzsws4f_K0/v-deo.html
Yeah, the middle east is all that Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iran, etc. stuff while the Maghreb consists of Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya and Mauritania. The Maghreb countries have a more coastal culture based around the mediterranian sea and the atlantic ocean with some Berber people living there. The term middle east was created by the western world so it makes sense that Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, etc. are not part of it because they are south of Europe and not east of it.
In a word "Awesome". If possible, this live one next: Myrath "Born To Survive" (Live) - Official Video - New album "Shehili" OUT NOW ua-cam.com/video/QZQQc4Z1rHo/v-deo.html
to help you guys with your metal globetrotting, here's something from my country, Romania (don't think you've done any Romanian bands on your channel): E-an-na - Epitaf ua-cam.com/video/cOwtLP1cIIU/v-deo.html
This is one of the few singers I've heard that can successfully blend the eastern and western styles of singing.
Have you listened to Orphaned Land? They are also really good and sounds like this band
A very underrated song from Myrath I simply adore : Beyond the Stars !
And Tunisia is not really Middle-East guys, more like Maghreb or North-Africa. :)
We are both failing in Geography
Wouldn't you say that the MENA countries share parts of their culture?
Beyond The Stars and Tales Of The Sands are my favourites. So so good.
Yea geographically speaking they are as close to the middle east as Austria. XD
Thank you!
Actually this is the first part of a trilogy.
Part 2 is called « Dance » and part 3 « no holding back »
Both songs from their last album.
Just FYI, Tunisia is actually in North Africa, across from Sicily.
I love Myrath, they're incredible.
check out their live performances "search for Myrath Live in Carthage"

High quality band, everything about them 🤟
Arabian has great arts and civilization including the music.
Loved it. I usually don't like clean vocals but this was so catchy. Plus Arabian women....instant success.
That was an added bonus....belly dancing, more videos should have that.
Hey guys, glad you finally discovered Myrath, you should also check out Born To Survive and No Holding Back by them.
Also check out these : -
Orden Ogan - Gunman
