The Global Comment was regards to her contract she is going to be able to wrestle in Japan Mexico, the UK and promotions like Ring of Honor. Essentially she's not limited to one brand.
And the Home comment was because she's from Boston, And had her main event WM match in that same arena and started at a MA promotion
I was there and while fun it was a bit of a mess. Mercedes was great, Swerve’s short promo had the biggest response of the night. There were A LOT of audio and sound/pyro cues issues throughout the night, especially the beginning. Sometimes the volume for the promos out back wouldn’t work. I was right by the sound board and right side if you’re looking at the ring from the ramp, and you could see how visually upset they were at times. I had club seats and we probably walked by Bayley half a dozen times without knowing, lol. A lot of the suites and bars around them had no lights for some reason.
TD Garden while usually prepared for Bruins and Celtics games, concerts, etc.. were missing a lot of the usual amenities.
Swerv is the next aew champion swerve and prince are the 2nd hottest thing in wrestling right behind the bloodline

😅 I see that there is thank God at least one other person in the wrestling community who thought it was a good debut it was solid but it wasn't what everyone keeps raving it was.😅 To me and this is just my personal opinion, no one has to agree, to me this was consolation prize vibes. 🤷🏾♀️ She felt like a star at a school reunion, like someone who's obviously out of the league of everyone else around her and I am not a fan of Mercedes. Yet she clearly outshines everyone on their roster even the men yes even okada I'm sorry. So it feels like, big fish small pond that is honestly what it felt like to me and I just don't see how she could make a statement like aew is where the women's Revolution will go global😅...HOW??!! 🤧 Now had she said this is where I am going to start the next stage of the women's Revolution that is something completely different so even her promo wasn't well written and she took her own writer with her to ensure that she would have good material! 😢 Instead what we got is the same thing we got from Saraya the same thing we got from Adam Copeland it's the pat aew line, Tony has paid me millions and millions of dollars to come out here and imply that WWE somehow does not meet the standard that aew does, and I don't care how much you love aew be an honest person & admit that could never be true. They may be the better choice for her or whoever else they may be paying you more they may be more in line with what you want for yourself all of that, but don't make it out the WWE is not on their level, its them using you a former WWE star to get to the WWE level.

@Wrestling Daze what character do you prefer Sasha Banks or Mercedes Mone and why. I recently downloaded both in WWE2K24 game on PS5. I would love someone to do comparison video on both her characters. I remember being salty when she injured Paige. Sasha Banks matches we killer good especially her matches against Charlotte,Bailey and Becky. She really sells da hell outta all moves. I don't watch weekly shows but try download major events. And of course buy up most wrestling games. Did you ever play Fire pro wrestling world? This game has one of the best modes for manager story mode, quite possibly the greatest watch mode to set up legendary matches, And quite comprehensively the most intense character roster ever from japanese and western wrestling promotions. Avoid like the plague AEW game. Massive disappointment and bare bones.
Wwe don't compete with Mexico or Japan but aew goes to any promotion so realistically aew is more global wwe is global in their own bubble
