I feel like dark arrogance would be a lot cooler if it affected general action speed like fire up instead of just vault speed. Being able to perform break actions, vault, and pick up / drop survivors 25% faster in exchange for longer blinds and stuns seems like a fair trade off and a perk I'd consider running on some M1 killers.
Weave Attunement actually looked like it was getting some ok value in some streamer games I watched, especially combined with Franklin’s. For reference what it does is show survivor auras of anybody within roughly the same tile or two range of a dropped item, and then anybody who picks up any item becomes Oblivious for a bit as well. The buff in the patch notes makes the aura range 12 meters (so about 1/3 a normal terror radius distance). And the aura is permanent so long as the item is on the ground, so if an item happens to be in a tile for example you have permanent aura on the survivor on that tile if they try and loop and mindgame it. That’s why the perk seems to synergize decently with Franklin’s. If you hit a survivor, they drop their item, and if they stick around that area they can’t mindgame you there. If they try and pick it back up, you’ll spot them doing it and they’ll be Oblivious afterwards for a hopefully easy new hit and item drop. And if they intentionally drop their own item to avoid losing it permanently to Franklin’s, then they’ve now given you a permanent passive aura beacon on the map that any survivor moving in that area will show their aura. Mind you, I’m not trying to claim the perk is awesome or anything, but it definitely seems to not be the worst perk out there!
I think that in order to have spells active more often whilst keeping the idea of casting different spells there could be a mechanic in which after you cast a spell it shortens cooldowns of any spells that are on cooldown. Could be an add-on if not base. Strongly encourages rotating and using all spells by rewarding you with cooldowns
I think that plus a rotation you have to use them in would be an alright way to balance lowering the cool-downs more. Vecna could spam spells more, but survivors would know which order they’re likely coming out in if vecna wants to get the full benefit of being able to spam
@wheremybike forced rotation for his Spells would be awful. It makes sense on Knight cause his Compagnia function relatively similar to one another, but Vecna's Spells are so drastically different and all used in completely different situations that being forced to use 3 Spells you don't need before you get to the one that actually works in your current situation would just make him a complete joke.

I think 38 seconds makes sense, if not maybe five seconds too much. If we assume that’s the length of a single chase being able to use all of your powers once in a chase seems like a good deal.
I think if they made saboteur able to increase the speed of your toolbox saboteur speed would have been fine instead of outright buffing all toolboxes.
people need to stop saying dispelling sphere only gives you some info it removes the counter to vecnas powers from the survivors along with giving killer instinct and its invisible if you do not have the right counter power equipped ._. Its a good spell to use if you notice a survivor get faster at a pellet try to us it mid loop in high walls you get info and he no longer gets speed boost when you block pallets
+2 seconds basekit and allow for the addon to stay the same, some loops will still be long enough for it to not matter and it allows for the universal use to prevent pallet saves if its not on cooldown.
The aspect of Fly where he drifts forward is actually how I want Billy to work. The sudden loss of Chainsaw sprint momentum is a bit weird, and leads to some of the survivor frustration where you halt on a dime to M1 them. It could still be a show of skill where a Billy ends sprint early to skid to a halt right in front of them.
Still Sight is probably the best perk for aura reading atm because of how easy it is to use and how consistent it is compared to other aura reading perks that share the same effects as it. Most aura reading you have to complete a certain objective like doing a gen or cleansing a totem. With Still Sight? You just stand still. That's it. And it lets you see basically everything.
Still a little nervous about the sabo speed changes. I know its a trade most of the time if a survivor sabos on your hit cool down but it feels like awkward gameplay to me

Hot Take: Weave Attunement sounds pretty good with the new update. Bring this with franklins and knocking an item out of someone's hands can give you wallhacks on an entire building. Most strong structures can be covered almost entirely with just 1 dropped item. If you add Lethal Purser, it can give you lasting vision on loops that might not be 100% of the radius. And it can't be countered by survivors dropping their item themselves.
i was saying a good nerf for the items would be broken and for the hand maybe even a killer instinct to show where they tp to so you would need to fly across the map to attack them but you could just leave them and have the info for where they are the eye doesnt really need anything besides the broken effect as its not nearly as strong

I'm a wesker main and I'm still going to be playing as him, he's already a strong killer and 8% hindered is a death sentence bruh and especially having the infection at 50 percent after being unhooked is also really bad. The changes are good just don't tunnel and you'll be okay. Also if a survivor is full infection, being insta-down with your power is already good in itself

Sure it would still hurt his slowdown but tunnelling is annoying (and increasingly common with every update since 7.5.0) and it would be a small sacrifice. However 4% isn't exactly crippling (depending on the tile it actually doesn't make much of a difference) which means that Survivors won't be pressured to spray until the last second (good Survivors might even ignore it altogether until hooked, in the PTB Survivors sprayed way less often). Not to mention it takes _so long_ to kick-in that they can do a lot of gen progress before needing to be cured. Fast Insta-down aren't exactly a novel threat, Billy doesn't have to wait ages to be able to insta-down, and he has next to no cooldown compared to Wesker, experienced Survivors have little fear of insta-down.

yeah 38sec is still way too long for strength of his power. Spirit's power is only 15 and its way strong then every spell combined. His chase power is not that strong compared to other decent but not top tier killers like demo or pyramid even with these changes and items make them even weaker. He doesn't have snowball potential,slow down from chests is unreliable,he's tall so basic mind game is hard. He seems like the singularity,lots of effort for not much pay off.

This is just going to be another Singularity scenario, the killer isn't going to be very popular or fun to play as if there's so much counterplay already built into his own abilities. The fact that survivors can simply crouch under his skeleton projectiles is just too much, there's no skill required compared to actually sidestepping them.
FOTD would be too fair if you couldn’t crouch under them because of how far out the skeleton spread is, it would basically be artist but with a guaranteed hit

@Kerplunk990 chucky can no longer scamper under pallets (crawl under). This means he cant get free hits if they drop a pallet infront of you while in power and you scamper. It was kinda bs and a dam if you do, dam if you dont situation. But can use his power 2x as much as his cool down has been more or less cut in half. The dash is the same

What bothers me is that slowdown after casting spell is still 2 whole seconds. And more than that, slowdown after Flight is still 2.5 seconds for mo reason with an addon that bring it in line with other spell. If the first one we will see, the second one for me is just an unhealthy game desighn philosophy of creating a problem and selling a solution
Come on! You should have caught on to why there's such a big downside to the vault perk. It's entirely because it's the 4th vault speed perk. They didn't want to do 4 vault speed perks that combo so well with no downside. Kind of like how they should do more haste perks for survivor if they ever make another haste perk.

This is just going to be another Singularity scenario, the killer isn't going to be very popular or fun to play as if there's so much counterplay already built into his own abilities. The fact that survivors can simply crouch under his skeleton projectiles is just too much, there's no skill required compared to actually sidestepping them.
FOTD would be too fair if you couldn’t crouch under them because of how far out the skeleton spread is, it would basically be artist but with a guaranteed hit

Why don't they just use different cool downs for the different spells? Wouldn't that be easier?
I wish they gave this killer 1 or 2 powers and focused on those instead of 4. Really only 2 of them are decent anyway.

While they don't want people to focus more on certain spells, there's addons that will *incentivize* you to focus on certain spells as they're buffed via the addons so like wtf
yeah but you still need to use the other spells to make the most of all of him. like how the knight has add-ons that only effect certain parts of his kit to but it'd be a waste to not use all of it

@Kerplunk990 chucky can no longer scamper under pallets (crawl under). This means he cant get free hits if they drop a pallet infront of you while in power and you scamper. It was kinda bs and a dam if you do, dam if you dont situation. But can use his power 2x as much as his cool down has been more or less cut in half. The dash is the same

So clear to see a lot use don’t play survivor, this killer is FUCKED!
What bothers me is that slowdown after casting spell is still 2 whole seconds. And more than that, slowdown after Flight is still 2.5 seconds for mo reason with an addon that bring it in line with other spell. If the first one we will see, the second one for me is just an unhealthy game desighn philosophy of creating a problem and selling a solution

Come on! You should have caught on to why there's such a big downside to the vault perk. It's entirely because it's the 4th vault speed perk. They didn't want to do 4 vault speed perks that combo so well with no downside. Kind of like how they should do more haste perks for survivor if they ever make another haste perk.
