As a commerce student I don’t agree with your last inflation case scenario. See i am not too much pro too but in the example(given by you) of a real place this situation had occurred coz they printed more and more notes but in this scenario notes are being transferred from another country and not being printed. In this case inflation might be there (no idea ) but i dont think the economy would crash 🙂

Here I have a theory related Death Note in which the Shinigami which was showed in Death Note Movie whom we think he is light sees a person from the shinigami world the person is dipressed and broken because he was been cheated by his friend and gf and he wants revenge so Light
(Shinigami ) goes to human world and founds that person and gives him Death Note and says him to take revenge from his friends and gf the person takes the revenge after that lights (Shinigami) says him to write name of the criminals who are doing crimes the person follows lights order and started writing criminals name and after few time light (Shinigami ) throught a trick switches his Shinigami body with the person body and continues everything's which he does in season 1
