Great scenario idea. Sometimes can be hard to find information for 'smaller' conflicts. :)

@@tolemykus4805 this battle is covered a lot in Ottoman sources. One of my real world projects involves translating some documents published in the 19th century from Hungarian for this period but its slow going. That said I think its a pretty flexible scenario and you can add some imagination into it

How many figures will you need?

@@charleslatora5750 I think you could adjust the number of miniatures and miniature scale based on what you had or wanted to play, for example treating 1 base of 15mm cavalry as its own unit, or doing multiple battalions of 3 units each with ~12 figures per unit, like in Warlord Pike and Shotte or Baroque.

As far as I'm aware the Ottomans were suprised by the attack of the relief force which was already rampaging in the camp by the time they were able to mount any significant resistance .
As such , my suggestion is that the Christians start with the garrison and the vanguard of the relief force on the board and gotta roll for arrival of aditional reinforcements . Once they reach the Ottoman camp you can either allow the garrison to sally out or make them roll for it .
The Ottomans can command only the troops in the siege lines at the start and gotta roll to start activating the rest of their army (representing the timariots arming themselves , mounting up and forming into units) . I think you should also slap a bunch of debuffs on the timariots until they manage to get ready. You could also do a pre-battle roll for the ottomans to decide how aware they are of the relief force , a good roll either making it easier to get the timariots ready or even have a small force at the ready to meet the Christian vanguard .
As for the Ottoman reinforcements , maybe some rolls to represent scouts/raiders returning to aid the fight ? I don't think the governor of Buda would be able to send reinforcements in time even if he wanted to , as they'd have to cross the Danube in order to reach Sisak
As far as terrain goes , this part of Croatia is very mountainous and forested , going hilly towards the East so I am not suprised the Ottomans were unable to bring heavier artillery . This battle is kinda famous in Croatia for being the first major land victory against the Ottomans
