The great thing about these radios is... Once my CB buddy gets his license, we can just switch over, and use the current equipment. Gonna get with you soon for the ss6900 software.
I still have the older Dynascsn version somewhere, it was a brilliant size for mobile, unsure about near a ton coming out the back of the pro version as mine used to get quite hot. Certainly interesting though. Thanks Buddy
I think a fan will be absolutely necessary. Or simply back down the RF Power and then the heat generated will be above the same as the original non-Pro version. Really there isn't much difference between 60 watts and 80 to 100 watts. I would recommend anyone getting the new Pro Radio not run it at full power for very long.

What changes did you make in the service menu to boost the output? According to the specs sheet, it looks like it can only do 80 watts max out of the box.
No changes for power. If anything I made the output cleaner than factory. Out of the box expect to see 80-110 pep SSB depending on accuracy of your meter.

You probably need to get a power meter that measures true peak envelope power. There are many on the market that say peak option on the front but do not actually have a proper peak detection circuit.

This radio is good for car and washington for home base.
Both appear to use a very similar board but the Anytone likely to be much cheaper.

The President radio will have a warranty. Anytone radios generally do not. This should always be factored into any decision.

@@VOLKZZORN Ja mit Lüfter wirds gehen hautptsache die Kiste bleibt Frequenzstabil aber 100 Watt sind schon ganz brauchbar im DX. 73

@@13HN870 ja mit dem Port ist se stabil auch zu empfehlen die CRT 7900 V Turbo ! Von der CRT 6900 rate ich ab nur nervig das Teil !
