The huge allumimium vessel is not washed and very dirty. Do they ever wash these vessels before making tea? Also any cooking in alluminium not good health wise. Google and find out more about alluminium as cooking vessel you will know what awaits you in future.
I will never drink at this place even if the tea is tasty or cheap than other places.

Namaskar love the elachi and adrak chai.We were in Rishikesh .In the dining hall.A young man would take orders.We used to order 6 cups chai for the 3 of us and the waiter used to be surprised,but there's the 3 of u.We carried large mugs from home.Wow the chai and coffee is so yummy.
We use teabags here, maybe thats our tea is not that good .

iam not sure of your question, they use dust tea powder or also called ctc tea powder, which gives the most colour and strength. it is also the cheapest.
Why is it so hard for them to use a clean pot?

Hi, I am fascinated.. I am a tea lover myself and I start my day with a cup of tea (masala added on rainy days). I have never been to India but may I ask if there were no water added in making the tea? Is that a norm there? I only see they heat up the milk, put in tea leaves, sugar and some kind of spice at the end (is that cardamom?).

Only milk no water - yes it happens only at tea stalls. at home water milk ratio is 50:50

No caterer boil lot of packet milk together. If just one packet of milk is bad, it affect all the other packets. So they put plastic packet as such in water and boil the water
The taste should be better than Dolly of Nagpur's. I see Dolly add some water while this one pure of milk.
