Firing Vrabel was a hard move, but the right move. I love Amy. Definitely one of the most passionate and best owners in the league. I think she wants a Superbowl and realized Vrabel wasn't going to get us there.
I think it's pretty unlikely that Amy would not have gone to Vrabel and tried to iron these issues out. He was HER pick and HER guy. I don't see her just sitting on her hands for 2 years and then just firing him out of the blue. Plus I'm kind of on board with what Amy's doing. She doesn't seem to want to be content with 10-6 seasons the next several years. I think she's wanting this team to be one like Philly or KC in that every year, they're a legitimate contender for a championship or at least a deep playoff run. The best thing people can say about us the last decade or so is that we're good enough that when they beat us, it's a "quality win".
