Thank you for the response, but Shaolin Temple is strenuous, difficult, balance gymnastics. I cannot stand those exercises 🥺😢and I do not like mysterious Buddhist philosophy. I want a simplified Sanda sports style.🙂 Where can I find an academy place to teach it in China. Thank you.

@@sandakamal6812 you need to do all the physical stuff to be great at sanda. You could pass the philosophy stuff if you don't want to learn. The monk not gonna force you.
