That's right I'm close to there and NC and TN this is a first they've seen like Helene..not like Florida whose used to this .I'm not going into NC but it's unheard of there what they've found. Prayers for everyone in every state involved..I use to live in mo next to ks and tornados very common..prayers 🙏
You'd think a crane company could retract a crane in the days it had fore warning
Year after year being devastated and they keep rebuilding on a sand bar 2 feet above sea level..........
Insurance rates are going to make it too expensive to rebuild.
Being in the heart of Tornado Alley I wouldn't be a bit surprised at some of those tornadoes that we're in Florida probably where ef3 approaching ef4 just by the videos I've been shown.
I mean they definitely look like tornadoes that would hit in the heartland but my heart goes out to those who were affected by Hurricane Milton.
Please learn the meaning of decimated! It means 1/10 destroyed, destroyed and decimated are not interchangeable!
these past 2 weeks has really was historic and from florida all the way to nc /sc really need help and from the looks of it its not over for us yet seems to be another storm starting to brew up that our meteoroligists are paying attection to and its in the same area helene came from and if one of our weather men are righ itll either head to new orleans are or tallahassee fl area again

The East Coast was NOT caught off guard, we had plenty of notice, they literally evacuated the coast 36 hours before it got bad.
Now they need to have evacuees say they are leaving to help in time of checking for survivors that did not need warnings.
17:01 How many times do you rebuild your house in the exact same spot before you realize it's a bad idea? Personally, I'd have to rebuild my house 37 times before I learned my lesson.
Why didn't they build houses using brick and concrete instead of wood because most of the damages would have been avoided
With what money? They can barely convince insurance companies, that try to find loopholes to avoid any responsibilities, to pay for their damages.

@@theayatollahofrockandrolla mother nature is to be respected, it's reported to be a category 2 hurricane and speculated to hit where the previous hurricane landed (not Milton). I'm already getting weather data for south of Mexico
It's funny that some people call immigrants "murderers and rapists", yet after every hurricane here in Florida that I've experienced everyone is glad to see a Juan show up and help with rebuilding their homes after hurricanes. Let this sink in, take all the time you need, I'm not buying what these politicians are selling, facts are climate change is real.
